Jacob the manger is awesome, known him for 6 years and I always get looked after. Daniel in the games department always has time to explain how devices work compatibility wise.
I always go there first, get to know the staff and you always walk out happy even though you've just spent a heap.

Friendly. Helpful. Patient. Three words to describe both the young gent (M) and store manager that truly listened and helped on a Friday night during an insane sale time. Had heaps of questions about a phone and M was happy to answer them all. Recommend the team at the store ten times over.

This is my primary JB Hi-Fi store that I visit. The stuff always friendly and professional and they have a huge stock of console games, cd's and records.

I went to JB the other day and I bought Apple Watch and the sale man he was really nice his name (Herb) he’s very smart and literally knows everything about technology and electronics and he explained everything in details about the Apple Watch that i have purchased he’s literally very nice person and if you going to JB Northland he will definitely help you.
