I give 5 stars not because this is a massively stocked large bottle shop, although it is convenient when shopping, it has a mainstream stock with fluctuating prices, specials are generally reasonable, the 5 stars go to tje staff who work there. They don't turn over the faces thst are employed there too often, that speaks, they seem genuinely happy to go out of their way to help, customer service!! Amazing!
THAT is a rarity in places.
Too often we get the facade and find that there isn't anyone listening the fact that what you have asked for often doesn't occur.
Here they do listen and do what they say they will do, with a sense of enthusiasm or happiness to have been able to help.
Thank you your work is appreciated.
