Online i brought Chance by Chanel but I didn't like it. I brought the one that has patchouli as I love patchouli. I didn't like it. I popped past the Chanel Counter At Northland and a lovely Assistant showed me 2 other types and they both smelt so good. She even sprayed both onto cards and onto my arms also. Great Customer Service. Thank you.

Very huge super store with multiple floors and multiple entry points. Has huge variety of products and brands. Returning a product which was ordered and delivered online was not straightforward, but the staffs helped us out clearly explaining the bureaucracy.

It was extremely nice of them to refund me $206.67 for the GCODE INSTANT VIDEO PROGRAMMER on Monday 24th May 2021, which I bought 27 years ago since I don't have a VCR anymore.

Thoroughly enjoyed the service. It was an exerience. Firstly, it was the courtesy and friendliness which was followed by the experience and patience. Thank you Myer northland MAC. Polo Ralph Lauren staff are amazing.
Some of the most kindest staff I have met, with outstanding customer service. They have good knowledge of their products and materials, and when one staff member was unsure of the product information she referred me to her co worker that informed me on the product.

Overall a very pleasant experience, with the team making sure they set a professional environment. I will definitely be visiting again soon !!

As someone that works within cosmetics, myself and mum got given exceptional customer service by the beautiful Thanh from Benefit Cosmetics today.
She was super attentive, polite, offering to try on products on both of us despite shopping for a bday gift for someone.
We definitely need more people in cosmetics with an aura and personality like Thanh and I hope she gets recognised, definitely one of the best cosmetic staff I've come across in my journey in the beauty industry.
