Had a great experience at northland elite eleven with a very helpful team member. Siena helped me choose the correct sizing for my body type and gave me styling advice to pair together certain pieces. Will definitely return and see her again. 10/10 service

Fantastic customer service. Went in to exchange 2 jumpers i bought online, the lady that helped me went above and beyond and gave me all the options.. honestly you dont get this service much anymore these days.. great employee hope they look after there staff cause the girls are definitely looking after there customers and leaving them with a good feeling after leaving the store.

5 girls here working having a great conversation not one approached or even greated customers
Very disgusting as people are looking for work and these girls don't even appreciate there job.
I was standing there for over 5mins with no one even saying hello
