Since the demolition and clean up that he did everyone who has come on site to work on it has commented on how clean it was left by Rowan and the Sproule's team. Rowan and his team did a great job clearing large sheds and concrete from two of our properties in Orbost. As well as arranging all council permits, Rowan kept me up to date on progress and timing, was clear, upfront and reasonable with costs and completed both jobs efficiently and without fuss. I was also impressed with Rowan’s can-do attitude and highly recommend him and his team to carry out demolition works in a timely, safe and professional manner.

Had the boys come to my house in MOE and demolish a large shed that was made from asbestos sheeting. Was so happy with their work. Easy to deal with, they took the care and appropriate steps to demolish the shed and were very professional. Would definitely recommend Rowan and his boys! Thank you for a great job.

Rowan from Sproule's Demolition and Earthworks was contracted to demolish a brick office building with an attached corrugated iron shed.
