Fantastic Macpac hub store. Service was grea too from all staff. Will be back for sure!

Came here to get some camping gear for my son’s school camp. The staff were really helpful and they even helped us price match online! 😁 that’s extra 🤩🤩🤩 for mums

They also had a good clearance section.

Very friendly staff, exchanges were welcomed and conducted smoothly.

Great store with nearly everything you need for a camping trip for all seasons:.clothes, boots, tents, sleeping bags, cooking gear, etc.

Five stars to Ruby at the Nunawading store. We walked in, looking for some hiking shoes and both walked out with the perfect footwear at a very competitive price. Ruby's advice was valuable and we felt well-looked after. A great store which obviously prioritises hiring great staff.

Love Macpac products and the staff are great, couldn’t find the size I wanted and it was no hassle to go and look, and they even brought more stock out having noticed that the store stock was low.

Customer service excellent. Greeted at the door by Miranda, then she followed through to the sale.

We were served by Vish last weekend at Macpac Nunawading. He was very friendly from the get go and extremely knowledgeable in the various products which made the selection of the tedious and daunting task of choosing a sleeping bag rather enjoyable and reassuring. We can test drive a car but we couldn’t sleep test the sleeping bag. Rest assured, it worked like a charm! Thank you sincerely Vish for your recommendation.

The staff there are helpful and knowledgeable. We went to find a backpack and the staff were able to help fill the bags with weight and teach us how to adjust the bags properly. This was a nice change from a regular retail experience. We ultimately left to decide as the bags aren’t that cheap but came back to make the purchase because we felt confident in the product quality and the after sales support for such an investment. Thanks for the help and thanks for a great bag. We will be back when we need another one.

Really good camping shop worth shopping at.
On more than one occasion the manager really came through and supported products with faulty workmanship. A totally different manager also honoured the lower sticker price of an item on the shelf, even though it was actually priced higher.
Looks like Rays train their staff well. Have no problems recommending this store. Would give 6-stars if it was possible.

Huge store with good stock availability. If you can't find an item in other stores, you will likely find it here. Staff are very helpful.

Went here recently to get a pair of hiking boots. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and knew what they were talking about. The selection isn't the largest you can find, but they do have a little bit of everything and when on discount (e.g. Boxing Day) you can grab a good bargain. They also price match.

Big and clean store. Staff were friendly. Went there for a click and collect and he found my items really quickly. Store has a huge selection and great discounts. Great place to shop!

A well stocked store with friendly staff. I have purchased many items from here that certainly suit my needs.

Staff (Aristea) was absolutely awesome. Knowledgable, friendly, professional and knew what she was talking about. Great to interact with someone who knows their products so well - as well as our actual needs and could match the two together. The other thing is pricing! Seriously - these guys are super-reasonable with pricing - even more so when stuff is on sale :-) . Don't bother going to other stores which will require you to get a mortgage on your property to buy snow gear - go to Ray's instead :-) . We'll be back!

Upgraded tent that we'd previously got from another Rays store without hesitation. The staff member happily alllowed me to set up tent to measure out. Very patient and considerate. It was worth waiting to be served to finalise the swap over. Great down to earth people.
