Thanks to the amazing sales person (Sam).I bought some stuff online and order was not ready when I went to pick up. I explained to Sam and advised me to pick one from shelf and pay at the counter and will refund the online order.He did exact as he promised. Very good customer service.

One place to find all brands of clothes, accessories, furniture and more. Lot of clearance sales to look out for . Try not to buy full price items as eventually they are marked on discount on weekends. Currently with all the Christmas vibes with gifts of all ranges. Must visit once.

Myer in Parramatta Westfield offers the same shopping experience as any other Myer does. This is one of the medium-sized stores, but still offers plenty of shopping options for everyone. I would say the only thing that needs some work is its electronics section. Apart from that, shoppers will surely enjoy its frequent discount sales and promotions, especially the ladies.

Had a great experience with Debie, customer service manager at online return service! She was so friendly and helpful, and excellent at her job! I would highly recommend myer parramatta because of her to everyone!

I was at fragrance department, looking for cologne and served by very polite and professional Gentleman ( Tawer ) he helped me to choose right product and I left store with happy and satisfied feeling.

I like this product from Lancome advance Genefique. You can see the effect on your face after 24 hours, with smooth pores and a lighter complexion. After about two weeks, you'll notice a noticeable difference, looking 10 years younger.

Myer is my favourite and my go to for fragrances. The staff is very professional and friendly. Always have great experience. Never disappoints with quality products

She helped me pick out the best eyebrow products and even went above and beyond and recommended skincare from Elizabeth Arden for myself and my mum, which I love. She is honestly so amazing and always so welcoming and kind. Be sure to ask sneha for help if you’re ever visting Myer parramatta, because she will go above and beyond for you.

The other week I was shopping for a pair of shoes and was served by a lovely lady named Ruksana. She was so sweet and caring and had the most beautiful smile on her face when serving not only myself but other customers.
