IKEA Restaurant

Great cafe at IKEA.
Not that interested in the other stuff they sell but like the food.
Pork ribs (with mashed potato and gravy) are great for lunch.
You can get in and out of the cafe without having to navigate all the other stuff.

Simple delicious western style breakfast at a great price (about 7.50 per person including drinks). Surprised by the almond croissants with the crispy layered exterior with the smooth almond paste inside. Perfect way to start the IKEA shop

Basic food, great prices, and a comforting environment (especially if you can snag a couch seat). It may not be fine dining as such but I love it. The coffee is mediocre to say the least, but hey, it's free refills.

There's quite a large selection of items.
The breakfast is really good for the price!
You basically stand in line with a tray and a canteen style food service.
The lines do move quite quickly.

There are tons of tables.
The coffee is not too bad for the price.

The baked goods were decent for the price.

We love visiting IKEA because of the family ambiance and the spectacular setting well presented, decorated, and styled by their teams! We love to purchase the new products on display because we can see the dimension and features besides the magnificent taste of the decorations selected in each space! We love IKEA

Look, let's be honest: the IKEA restaurant is not the fanciest place. You wouldn't take a date there. But you might go there for a change of scenery, you might go there if you want a quick bite you might go there to give the fam a wholesome meal on the cheap. The food is honest, good enough and pretty fun. IKEA has turned what's essentially cafeteria food into an experience that people from all walks of life can enjoy.

Our favourite furniture store restaurant :) can’t go wrong with Ikea’s signature $10.50 Swedish meatballs or $10 veggie balls for lunch just before walking 5 km around the Ikea display store. Why not finish it off with a cinnamon bun and a coffee too. Like Ikea founder Ingvar Kamprad said, it is tough to shop with hungry stomachs. And those meatballs gives you plenty of energy!

Definitely the best traditional Swedish meatball with very effortable price and serve with gravy and jam and peas. No complaints at all. 8 pieces for $8. Lucky number for Chinese 😁 also bottleless drinks regardless hot or cold. This restaurant is huge. Plenty of tables and comfortable seats with heaps of social distance. Staff are very friendly when ask to replace potato with chips. Hot chocolate also same price as hot drink. It located on second floor with plenty of windows views. No outdoor dining area. Plenty of parking at the building.

I recommend to everyone!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the dessert! not bright in appearance, but great taste, hearty !!! nice service! purely!!! you can see the press, who are interested! visit, you will be satisfied!

The meatballs with gravy, jam and potato is going to be my last meal on death row. This dish is divine and genuinely should be considered ambrosia.

Had the 8 chicken Meatballs with mash and Peas for $8, partner had fish and chips. Both were tasty, we would eat here again.
Restaurant is big and spacious, the system of picking up the food and paying (2 lanes available) is well organised.
Staff were all friendly and we could see constant cleaning/sanitising happening which was good to see.

Delicious food. Great to be able to eat before shopping.

The swedish beef meatballs never disappoint us. Prices are relatively low too.
Updates April 2023: This getting too crowded. The softdrink machines have been out of order for a while now

They offer a fantastic plant-based and veggie options. I tried the plant-based balls and veggie balls, along with a delightful seasonal fruit salad. The taste was excellent, and the food quality was top-notch. I had a great time with my friend and enjoyed the overall experience.

Food is awesome in terms of vegetarian options, but there is no halal options in terms of meat. My daughter loves meat balls but we have not been able to enjoy them at Ikea due to the halal meat factor. Otherwise it's an awesome experience. 👌

A great idea lace to enjoy simple delicious affordable breakfast on weekends. Plenty of parking.
