Very happy with our new Flyn couches for their quality, craftsmanship, design and comfort. Great customer experience from the time of purchase at the Springvale store with the service Richard provided, to the regular communication updates and the prompt delivery of the couches. Plush has always been our first choice for sofas and couches.

Had a fantastic experience buying a lounge suite with Richard. We are incredibly indecisive people and Richard was amazingly patient, very knowledgeable, and provided valuable insights to make sure we got the suite that was right for us. Decided it was time to get my first nice leather sofa, did my research and visited most the suppliers. Plush stood out & met our standard of quality and style at the right price. Jacki was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful giving realistic advice and prompt service on one of the busiest shopping weekends. She made the whole process pretty painless so now were looking forward to our new custom couch.

We are really enjoying our sofa though it took quite a while to be ready so plan ahead! We had been to another Plush store and found them very disinterested in assisting us. We were passing the Springvale Homemaker store and thought we would show the sofa to our children. We were attended to by Chrissy who answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns, finding a solution. This is a significant purchase but with Chrissy's help we felt we could make this purchase being well informed and not pressured. Thank you.

This will be our second time purchasing from Plush. We purchased the Zara range in a 5-seater configuration back in 2014. Since then had two kids and practically tested the couch in the most extreme conditions imaginable. To this day, it feels and looks almost new. We did have to change the covers about a year ago due to one of my child putting lipstick all over it. However the customer service and the quality of product is well worth the amount spent.

This time we shopped around for a new set of couch and finally came back to Plush for the quality of service. Michael was exceptional to deal with along with the team here in the Springvale Makeover Centre. The money you spend is slighly more than your average couch but the product is so much more superior. If I was not happy with the purchase, I would not spend this time to write this review. Thank you Plush and Michael for your support in getting the new Estate range for our new home!

Loved the quality of service we received from Sopee. She is truly a professional and knows her products. We purchased our third plush lounge and extremely happy with our purchase. Plush had a further discount following our purchase and she contacted me at home and applied that further discount. Service doesn’t get much better than that. Great work for your commitment to plush and fantastic customer service.

Great customer service from Caroline when we step into the store. She gave us thorough product run through, from fabric choices, dimensions, colour choice, warranty, delivery, and price offer. Manage to find the sofa that fits within our budget and interior style. Do recommend to check out the store and try the recliners! :)
