Building Masters Inspections

I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. I would be happy to provide a verbal testament if interested (ask Mike for my number). He did two building inspections for us at incredibly short notice, and with so much grace and respect to the owners of the properties. His report was thorough and gave us very detailed explanations of what we would need to do to improve the safety of the building and our long term investment. He gave incredibly sound advice to us and it was very easy and quick to deal with him. The report will be one we use personally in our new house to enable us to make sure that we protect our home for many years to come. I was very impressed by his service, but more so with his personable and trustworthy style.

My wife and I recently asked Mike to inspect a house were close to making an offer on.
Mike inspected the house and then sat down with us for an hour to go through all the issues with the house, and then also emailed us a full report detailing everything we discussed as well as any costs relating to any repair work.

Martyn conducted a thorough inspection of the property, identifying many issues that were not readily apparent. I recently commissioned Building Masters Inspections for a defect report on my first home. Inspector Mike was extremely thorough and professional. I'm an absolute beginner, but Mike has years of experience, is a very clear communicator and he is very generous with his knowledge.
