The staff at whack are consistently helpful, informative and even better they are NOT pushy at all. Even better when we realised at 6:35pm on a Friday night that my son’s gloves were not going to hold up for a game Saturday & Sunday we called ahead to confirm their closing time (7pm) and advised we were enroute. They waited for us, showed us numerous glove options, bought some new inners as well. Even better, gloves were 40% off. Turns out our little cricketer had outgrown his thigh pads so we grabbed some new ones as well.

Pretty friendly staff, I went just 8 min before they close their shop for the day, the staff are kind enough to find the cheap and best abdominal gaurd.

Great first buying experience with WHACKsports. I bought a DSC bat and it arrived quickly with a bat cover, paid extra for oiling and protection, and got the bat care accessories too. Was pretty nervous about buying a bat I had no idea about the pick- up of, but it turned out to be really well weighted.
