I needed help on a a very busy day.

The staff somehow made time to serve & help me - despite other urgent demands from other customers. That’s “Customer Intelligence” - the ability to deliver great customer service to many customers with minimum delay.

OutSTANDing!

I’m particularly grateful to Pharmacist Fiona who stayed calm & professional despite the stressful demands.

Wonderful..phoned in for common liquid parrafin..but their computer was down so she suggested I send them an email.
I said thank you..to which the reply was "no worries ..not a problem"...wonderful...cant recomend them enough awsome.

Staff is very helpful and professional, pharmacists have all been informative and knowledgeable when additional questions are asked. In particular, Taylor is always super helpful and made me feel welcome and comfortable when I'm in the vulerable position of needing medication.

Deleted my previous reviews about this chemist.Initially I had the odd occasion where things kinda didn't seem to go accordingly.However the staff are very helpful and at times have gone out of there way for me.Very professional pharmacy with very nice staff.
