Small store but the sales assistant was so lovely and helpful! Created a wonderful shopping experience!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They also are not too pushy regarding pre-orders or extended warranties, but that could be because I'm a regular who knows what they want and doesn't usually go for these things.

I was served by Megan, she was incredibly polite and very fun to have a chat with whilst she was helping me with my game trade ins and price match for a bargain. Thank you

EB Games in Lilydale is a great little EB Games store, the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a large variety of Games for Nintendo Play Station and X Box, unfortunately getting a next generation console is a lot harder than the Games,

Lovely, helpful staff. I was only after a small item that was hard to get elsewhere and was made to feel welcome plus they had it in stock.

Went into Eb Lilydale twice in the space of a number of hours, before and after my food shop up. Dylan was generally lovely, interested and patient with customers before me and answered my questions re pops). Kate was really helpful in talking me through the nuances with streaming and I wish her so much luck and success with her COD endeavors.

I love this place, the staff actually go out of their way to make you feel welcomed....will highly recommend this place for all your gaming needs
