Foot Health Clinic

I had a great experience today at the Foot Health Clinic in Samford for an ingrown toenail that had been flaring up. The staff were friendly, and the podiatrist, Oliver, was very skilled. He fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. Great communication from the team. Highly recommend.

Had a session with Kim this morning... right from the time I walked in, to the time my feet were examined and I walked out, there was quality care, professionalism, genuineness, friendliness - all those things that make an excellent service experience.

Full marks!!! So fortunate to have this local business serve our wonderful Samford community.

Once again great service from the team at Foot health . After months of hip, knee and leg pain am now total pain free after only a few days with my new orthotics . Great team effort.

Fabulous care from reception through to clinical practice. Kim was so professional and gentle and obviously loves caring for feet. I left with my feet looking a feeling so much better. I will be returning to foot health for walking boot fitting and pre-walk foot prep so that I can minimise blisters and black toenails on my next big walking adventures! Thank you Kim and Team.

I was recommended the Foot Health Clinic from a family member. My experience was excellent with Oliver quickly understanding my particular situation, providing plenty of useful information and working to find a number of potential solutions. The staff are friendly and professional and I definitely felt like i was in good hands.

Every podiatrist at this practice is great. I’ve had bad experiences in the past at other places and leaving with my feet aching from removing too much hard skin but these guys do a great job everytime.

Granville is just the bomb when it comes to children's feet. Two of my four boys have had teenage foot problems - ingrown toenails, flat feet, sore heels so growth plate issues. His manner with my kids is gentle, caring, professional and empathetic. Honestly I cannot fault him. He is straightfoward and direct in his solutions. He doesn't up-sell product and he is fantastic at follow up. When I took my youngest in today Granville remembered everything from his older brother Paris's visits 2 years previously. He was keen to know Paris's progress. I wouldn't go anyway else for podiatry. Thank you Granville. (-:

I had an appointment with one of the podiatrists at Foot Health Clinic today concerning an issue with my feet and possibly my hiking boots. Granville examined my feet and boots and asked a lot of questions and then ascertained that I would be better off having a consult with Oliver as he had hiked the trail I'm going on and might have more specific advice (as he was familiar with the conditions). He ensured that I could get an appointment with Oliver and then didn't charge me for the appointment I had with him.. What a professional and a gentleman! Thank you Granville!!

Have only had one session so far but the assessment carried out by Granville was very very thorough - the diagnosis was spot on with excellent explanation of everything and a plan formulated that makes sense. Can‘t ask for more. I visited another podiatrist a few weeks before my visit to the Foot Health Clinic. I have to say that Granville’s professional approach is so superior to the other place I went to that they should die of shame. I highly recommend the Foot Health Clinic.

Awesome experience. Oliver found that my daughter's feet were contributing to her knee pain. Her feet were assessed, measured and fitted with custom orthotics , all within 2 sessions. Her new orthotics fit perfectly, first time, with no complaints at all. I came here because I wanted the problem addressed professionally, quickly and by people you can trust - Foot Health Clinic achieved this.Overall a professional, ethical and client centered experience.
