Such a shame about Sarah’s review. I was in the salon on the day she came in and the detail in her post is definitely not my recollection of events. I understand mistakes happen but the approach I heard from staff was in stark contrast to Sarah’s. Justified or not Sarah was rude. Don’t let this post influence booking an appointment here. The girls are fabulous. Do your research and review all comments. In fact if you analyse the reviews Sarah posts about most of the experiences she encounters with businesses, it paints a different picture.

Firstly, I’m not one to review but Holly is an all star. I came in after not having my hair done for ages and asked for something new. I don’t live in the area and so went on other reviews and photos. She was so attentive and made sure I was super comfortable. She’s a perfectionist that wouldn’t let you leave until your totally happy. Even if it means coming back another day! Which I had too as we ran out of time. At no point did I feel like a nuisance, if anything like I was part of the family. So pleased with my hair, I feel brand new. Thanks again for making me feel fabulous Holly and your team :) oh and the drinks and treats while you’re getting your hair done are such a wonderful added charm! I highly recommend this salon!

Her name is Cass and she is excellent! I love what she did to my hair , she listens and does what you ask.
The Salon is spacious and gives you good vibes. I highly recommend Cass!

The most beautiful salon you will ever see!!! They are all so friendly and talented. My hair is always gorgeous when i leave.

After going to another salon a month earlier and asking for balayage and getting what looked more like foils (too me) I'm so glad I came and saw Aleisha and went back to the fiery red I love. If you ever want a confidence boost go something bright! Aleisha even tidied up the previous cut for me as it wasn't up to her standard :) Thanks so much for fitting me in!

I just got home from my first appointment and wanted to write this straight away.

I’m a first time mum with a little bub and really wanted to get my hair done but was really worried about having to bring my baby along with me. I was really stressed when I first got in but Cass instantly made me feel relaxed. The team even went as far as holding bub for me so I could enjoy myself. Wow. I would never expect anyone to do that for me and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team 🥹 Cass, you are awesome and so talented! I’m so in love with my hair! Violet had a great time and so did I 🥰

Holly's very Lovely Salon..has the best
staff.. Jasmine did a fantastic transformation on my hair and was such a pleasure to be with. A true pampering experience, great prices.. worth every cent. I felt they really cared and our comfort was prioritised. Coffee, snacks etc.. Thrilled I found this place!!!

Holly, Tab and the girls are the best medicine anyone could prescribe! You are instantly welcomed into the Be’Me family and they make you feel so important to them…and then you have their absolutely amazing skills thrown in…they are a force to be reckoned with!
My daughter and I wouldn’t go anywhere else…we are totally in love with them and what results they give to not only our hair but our wellbeing.

I went to B'Me for the first time today. This salon has a great vibe from the minute u walk in. Keke I would like to thankyou for listening to what I hoped to achieve and then giving me so much more, explaining every step of the way what u were doing then showing me how to achieve the same results at home. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Jas for the first time, I was unable to get into my normal hair stylist and after bad experiences in the past I was a little nervous! However from start to finish I felt welcome and comfortable, all of the staff were really friendly and the whole vibe of the salon is gorgeous. Jasmine's attention to detail is second to none, she went above and beyond to perfect my colour and cut and the result is amazing! Highly recommend and I will definately be back!
