Went to the centre to check it out today and was pleasantly surprised at the politeness of Lisa and the assistant manager Audrey.

There was a positive aura about the place and felt welcomed by Lisa.

Very impressed. 👍🏽

I would like to say a big thank you to the manager, assistant manager and all the team members who welcomed me and my family to the centre since day one and have been looking after my little ones so well.
I couldn’t be happier with the way my children are well looked after, every day they arrive home telling the amazing things they have done.
The communication with the office is absolutely amazing and we always have been treated with respect, leaving is with the feeling that we are not just a number, but that they truly care about our family.
The centre has always been great, but the new management is absolutely going above and beyond our expectations.
Thank you Lisa, Audrey, educators and teachers for all your love and support.

We have had such a positive experience at this centre over the past year. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care about my child’s progress and experience, and management are just lovely and so organised.

My son is so happy at this centre and is so well cared for. Management are so kind and have gone above and beyond for our family time and time again.

Seeing a recent negative review by an employees husband seems to be malicious and vengeful. Reviews like this can be hurtful as they are simply not factually correct but yet still leave the centre having this on their page. While I understand the husband must of been worried about their son breaking their arm at another centre- management would have only been comforting and nurturing. It seems this is not why he wrote this review but is using an unrelated incident to create a false narrative. I would encourage the person who wrote this to not be spiteful and if he has genuine issues to address them with management appropriately, and to be not throwing one sided shade to create harm.

Amazing center. I have been there for 3 years..I have seen the ups and downs. Today is a great center. Congratulations for the new director and assistant, who have decided to work together and build a new positive vibe within the staff, children and play environment. Very good communication and always thinking and listening to parents. AMAZING JOB.

Contacted The Learning Sanctuary at Tarragindi to gain an understanding of the enrollment process as well as the daily routines of the children enrolled. The communication was effective and clear. The entire experience was pleasant and they were super helpful and patient with me. The management was also friendly and open enough to show me around when I dropped by for a visit. Thank you for being accommodating and welcoming.

My child has been going to Tarragindi TLS for almost 4 years now and from being a brand new centre then, it’s now feeling really established and settled. It’s lovely to see all the wonderful things happening at the centre, including the incursions, excursions and celebratory events. I like arriving each day to smiles from the educators and having them all greet my son by name. The food is so delicious and nutritious and it’s comforting to know my child is eating really well each day he’s there (way better than at home!).

My child has recently been asking to go to Kindy on days he’s not booked in and yesterday I had to call him back to get a goodbye cuddle before he ran off happily with his friends!!

Cannot speak more highly about this centre. The management and staff are amazing and show so much care for the children, they are open and honest and very approachable. I honestly wouldn't trust my children with anyone else.

I went to a centre visit and was welcomed by the assistant manager who was extremely helpful and professional towards my family needs.
It was a pleasent experience and Im looking forward to have my child enrolled.

Words can't describe how thankful I am to finally find such an incredible service that consistently supports my toddlers transition into care. It's not been easy for him, or myself for that matter but seeing how caring and supportive the staff have been towards us makes the guilt of having to go back to work so much easier.

Hayley is an amazing manager, and has always gone above and beyond for any questions or queries I've had and always greets us every morning . This centre will not let you down.

We moved our son here from another daycare and could not be happier. The educators genuinely care about the children and provide a very high level of care. My son is always happy to go in the mornings and happy when I collect him in the afternoon. There are plenty of play based learning opportunities and quality resources, and the food always looks delicious. I would definitely recommend this centre.

Today I visited the center to pick up my wife, who is an employee here. At that time, I encountered the Assistant Manager and proceeded to explain the situation regarding my child's fractured arm. I was already feeling overwhelmed and concerned about my child's well-being.

To my dismay, the Assistant Manager responded in a highly disrespectful and taunting manner. Instead of offering any understanding or support, she callously remarked that the center is not a hospital and that my wife is not a doctor. This response was hurtful and left me feeling disrespected and low.

I firmly believe that no one should be spoken to in such a manner, regardless of the circumstances or the reason for their visit to the center. As a valued visitor and a family member of one of your employees, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and compassion.

There has been no communication either on the phone or in writing outlining there are only 3 days available now. And even after this review has been posted, nobody got in touch with me directly.

I am declining my application.

We’ve had the worst experience with these guys, and they have caused so much stress and anxiety. In late oct they rang and told me they had availability but after filling out the enrolment form we didn’t hear anything back from them. After about 12 phone calls over the next 2 months with me chasing them up and them constantly promising to get back to me and telling me they had availability but just needed to confirm which days, we never heard anything back. The last call from them they told me they didn’t have availability nor would they have any in the near future (thanks a lot for stringing us along for 2.5 months)

I contacted the centre on behalf of my friend. I was shocked that the person over the phone (assistant manager) was not sound professional and didn’t listen the query properly.
