Our order had an issue with the delivery company but Jeff, the state manager of CPAP Depot, and Natalyha, the consultant, were very kind enough to assist and update all throughout the process.

It was a very stressful situation but the way they helped us and handled the situation was outstanding. Their company director was hands on too and you cannot easily find that kind of customer service in companies these days.

Enquired online about stock availability and received a message back from Jeff, the State Manager, in a matter of minutes. My order was shipped out the same day and arrived in Vic in less than a week. I'm very happy with how quick and responsive CPAP Depot has been.

This is the best CPAP shop in Brisbane, range, staff, service, its all tops in town, the pricing is a very competitive, i saved $70 on an F20 Mask and the soft masks are cheaper by 15%. Very knowledgeable and respectful staff, genuinely patient without being patronizing. Just go here, they will look after you old school style and leave you feeling taller and sorted like the tailors of old.

Great service and backup for equipment purchased there. Had an issue with machine /mask and went along to see Jeff and get the problems resolved. Not Impressed with ongoing follow up. It is now 2 Months since I raised an Issue and informed it would be investigated and no contact since 9th March from CPAP Depot - for a response to a Philips Download Issue. Even purchased more product hoping I would get better Customer Service! Have got concerns as I have used both Stores
