Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Josh at Poolwerx! Cannot thank him enough for his advice and help. A whole week later and this novice has his pool looking crystal clear and balanced to perfection, for the warmer weather! Without over complicating things I feel like I understand the balancing of a pool better. Those little bits of advice and pointers that ensure your equipment lasts longer and runs how it should be is invaluable. Very impressed!

They not gonna feel you like an idiot as your clueless in everything😅 got everything I need to know in my mini swimming pool I never thought that there's so much I needed to know to get my kids a pool but with their help and advice it will be easy for me to maintain our mini pool. New to Cairns & Called into store to enquire about a robot pool cleaner. Although the staff member (Quinn?) was extremely busy he went out of his way to explain the different machine types on display.

As it was approaching the long weekend he even offered to drop off a demo machine for a home trial over the three day break.

He arrived on time and explained the equipment in detail. Although I’m new to Cairns, pool ownership and was not an existing customer he also provided valuable advice on my existing pool equipment, condition and maintenance tips without out a client commitment or a specific agenda.

Upon return of the equipment, more valuable and free friendly advice was offered without question, this led to the immediate commitment and purchase of a premium machine.

I’ll look forward to being a customer for all my pool maintenance needs.
