His consideration for his clients, their homes, families, staff and pets is unmatched and his work without fault. We have never had an issue with termites, spiders or cockroaches in the time we have used him, despite having warehouses and properties around us who don't carry out yearly services. Brad is AMAZING! He helped my husband and I do a pre purchase termite and timber inspection. He was very patient, supportive and kind throughout the whole process and took the time to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to do such a thorough check of everywhere. He got places our building guy didn’t. He was great in explaining what he saw, and the potential implications. He truly took the approach to check everything as if it were his own home. He used all of the best equipment - thermal cameras, termatraccer, moisture meter, and did the most thorough tapping and visual inspection. Very trustworthy professional - highly recommend!
