The new store is clean, tidy and well-presented, with everything well organised and easy to get to. A special shout-out to the lady stocking crockery this afternoon, had a lovely chat and she helped me pick out matching platters for my party, I really appreciated the thoughtful service!

A great shop for clothing, shoes, accessories, children's toys and kitchenware.

Paid $20 for a dress with tags on it worth $100 online and a $7 shirt for work. It's wonderful here and the staff are kind. Ready to go back.

Bought a beautiful entertainment unit here about 2 years ago, Though the store could not deliver it, they offered multiple options of moves in the area. It's my favorite piece of furniture now!

Tip group of guys running the show. Well done. No plastic bags there already so bring your own or buy an "ecobag" for $1.

Good range of clothes, books and other items. Sizeable shop. Remember to bring a bag, otherwise Vinnies cloth bags are available for $1.

I can never find much things for myself as a male in this shop but My wife always find great products. İt's nice and cool place. When you get in there, you get the vintage feeling. You can find books & DVD's here. Clothing for men & women & kids available. Fitting rooms are available as well. Prices are reasonable and cheap.

Manager spoke to me in a derogatory manner. Very unimpressed. Average op shop.

I love op-shopping in Stones Corner, and was excited for Vinnie's new location. While this store is very modern and has a large range - the pricing is very heavy handed and not in line with the purpose of an 'op shop'.

The blatant overpricing of designer labels is downright exorbitant, and it appears that the entire pricing strategy is solely based on the brand tag attached to the item. Case in point: I recently tried to purchase a shawl with a humble $3 price tag. To my dismay, the volunteer on duty arrogantly pointed out that the item was from the brand SEED and declared, "this price is wrong - it's SEED." I was so taken aback that a shawl, which is simply a piece of material, would need the price marked up because of the brand.

The audacity to mark up prices simply because of the brand name is absurd. I don't believe this store aligns with the St Vincent de Paul Society values. The attitude of the volunteers makes it abundantly clear that this store is more interested in capitalizing on brands than genuinely serving the community. It's a shame to see a place that should be about affordability and inclusivity devolve into a high-priced, exclusive boutique.

This is not a real op shop and is the only op shop on the stones corner strip that should be left out of peoples rummage. Items are priced based on their branding despite the item being originally donated for free as a kind and generous gesture by the original owner. You have 'morals' on your website but your atmosphere feels like another materialistic experience that people are trying to stay away from when op shopping. Your female staff are extremely rude. Multiple unpleasant experiences now with a roughly 60 year old blonde lady with glasses as well as her fellow brunette volunteer. Also, once you have tagged an item with a price, honour it with some integrity. Save yourself the trip and go to any other op shop in stones corner so that you can actually feel good about yourself and your items when you leave. What a joke of a place

Woman working Wednesday 24th January just after 9am is very unwelcoming. She was chatting with another person and as we walked in she turned to us, looked us up and down then turned around to continue her conversation. Not sure why we would be greeted like this. We turned around and walked straight out without even looking at anything. Disgusting. We won’t be back.

I was like, Cool Vinnies has reopened at Stones Corner. It was exciting to go. But I was highly disappointed and left. I wanted quite a few shirts today. but not interested in paying anywhere from $20 to $50. There are reviews talking about the same thing going as far back as two years ago. Why is it that the community gets ignored and prices don't change to something more reasonable?

Rude volunteer. We got a 5 minute warning before they closed. We did our best to finalise items and pay. Gwendolyn I believe her name is (the volunteer) made a number of comments about how she was about to get annoyed that we hadn't left yet. I offered that we could just leave if she needed. It was not even the time that they 'closed' yet. She was not very happy that we paid in cash. Unpleasant experience due to this poor customer service.

Extremely expensive for an op shop. You can buy lost of items new for cheaper or same price
