Had my full size gaming tower cleaned, new GPU Bracket installed and a system diagnostic check completed. All for under $50. When I was going to lift the PC tower to carry to my car a friendly staff offered their help and did this for me. Thank you Team 👍🏻 Really appreciated.

Great first time online shopping experience. Needed to urgently replace a 32" BenQ monitor, looked at Amazon, noticed that it was distributed through CA. Called them up to check availability, placed the order and had the monitor 3 days later. Cost me a few dollars extra but more than happy to give it to an Australian business. Okay so I built a computer with components I bought from computer alliance. I have recently had issues with my gpu 8 months later.
Can't speak highly enough of the technicians and there handling of this. When I asked a question, I was told they would look into it and call me back. To which they actually did. Yes I was without a gpu for 6 weeks due to the manufacturers warranty process. Also got it back with the same fault but computer alliance handled this fantastically and professionally.
I now have my gpu back better than ever and it works perfectly. Thank you for your help.

For the longest time I struggled with my PC and I want to express gratitude to Steven for being patient enough to actually listen to my concerns before jumping into a solution.

He took the time to explain what was wrong with my PC and tips on how to care for it, and eventually fixed the issue for me.

A company who does everything right is pretty easy to get 5 stars, but the real test is when things go wrong.
An item purchased had a fault and the service desk were great with a speedy quick test to see if usual things might be causing the issue, and turn around was free and fast. The item ultimately needed to be returned and we spoke with the Service manager directly. He attempted a test himself and confirmed that we had a fault. We asked for a refund and with 24 hours this was organised and in my account. I can highly recommend Computer Alliance because when things go great, they do a wonderful job, but they shine when we needed that extra support.

I purchased a custom pc several months ago for around 3000 dollars and the customer service and professionalism has been unreal. Firstly when i went to order the pc and Cael was an absolute dream to deal he was also really relatable about computers. I have had several issues with the computer (The first one being my fault) and the customer service that they provide is amazing especailly from the repair and sales manager, i will for sure be further supporting Computer alliance when i next want to be tech just like how i previously bought an nzxt veritcal gpu mount for my pc. Really appreciate the customer service guys.

Writing this review with the wi-fi connection Seb from Computer Alliance restored near instantaneously to my laptop. Laptops not their specialty? Acer brand not their specialty? Not a problem for Seb, he obliterated the problem in 5 minutes FLAT and threw in a driver update for good measure. Friendly, fast, reasonable fellow with an eye for good watches? He's the complete package ladies and gentlemen - enquire about Seb at Computer Alliance if you have any IT issues, he's the man for the job. 6 stars

Meekah was v fun to engage w. My friend and I had lots of laughs w him while he helped us build a PC (we knew nothing). His supervisor was also v knowledgeable. They're genuine gamers; they don't make u feel as tho you're a sale. I highly recommend their services. ^_^
