Brilliant workouts and the ease of 24/7, anytime workouts makes it easy with the kids.
Plus the added bonus of a kids play area to lock them away!

Love the fact that the workout of the day is provided to me via the member app saving me time by not having to program my own workouts. I have the flexibility of being able to complete the workout in the studio at anytime of the day with 24/7 access. Staffed hours are great for the days I want a push from the trainers too.

I have found my new home , The workouts are always great , I love that i don't have to think about anything i just come in smash out a 28 min workout everything has been done for me .. NOFOMO fits perfectly into my busy day that changes all the time it feels so good that no matter what i can always get a workout in NOT locked into a class time , but i can train within group training hours to have a Coach pushing me . The staff are amazing and always helpful and caring . MY kids love coming as well , as a busy mum being able to bring the little ones in, helps so much . Thank you NOFOMO for giving us busy people a place we never miss out on a workout :)

Absolutely love NOFOMO! The flexibility to drop in whenever I want for a quick and efficient workout is a game-changer. The fact that they have a designated area for kids to play while I'm working out makes it easy when I need to bring them along. I've been a loyal member since they first opened, and I'm impressed with how they continually introduce new changes to keep things fresh and exciting. The trainers are top-notch, always there to assist with proper form and pushing you to give it your all. What I appreciate the most is the hassle-free experience – the workout plan is right there on the app, so no overthinking, just straight into action.

I love the free kids zone (NOFOMO Nuggets). Kids are happy while I train. The daily programmed 30 minute workouts are perfect to fit into my daily schedule and take the guess work out of programming my workouts.

Have loved training with NOFOMO! I find is so motivating to work with trainers that get to know you, different work outs each day but still with so much flexibility to train on my own time! I don’t have to rush to make my workout which I LoVe! I am the fittest I have even been at 37 💪🏻

I’ve been attending NOFOMO Bundall/Surfers and this gym is the best, I’ve been a long time F45 Customer but will be staying at NOFOMO. Hours are great and the circuit is on your phone so you know what to do while at the gym which is the most daunting part. The staff are super friendly and feeling fitter then ever and gaining more muscle in just a short period of time.

Love this gym! New fav place! Classes only go for 28 mins and you are so sore after!!! It’s great! Gonna try come 5 times a week 💪 such a good price too and love the routines and music plus everyone goes at there own pace and everyone is so friendly! The best part is that there isn’t any class times! Just come in and workout and your done It’s perfect 🤩

Super convenient for those who like the HIIT workouts without having to be there at a specific time. Chayse (the owner) is one of the most positive, energetic PT's that I have ever met and the workout tunes are specifically designed by an in-house DJ to make the whole experience amazeballs!

Highly recommend! I never thought I'd be one to go to the gym regularly but Nofomo has made it so easily and it's now something I look forward to!
