Abbeville Street Park

Fantastic small playground for young children. Very quiet location. Bbq available with seating for one family. Basketball hoop and field for kicking a ball. The neighbourhood has a safe feeling to it. No graffiti in sight which is nice to see. The park was clean no rubbish on grounds. Sorry I didn't take photos for this one however if I return I certainly will .

Great local park with budding community. Have been coming regularly for the last 12 months and 4 months ago they’ve undergone a renovation, adding space to the small dog section, additional trees and seating. The dogs are friendly and owners are responsible. Never had drama here and my frenchie shakes with excitement when he realise we’re coming here. Most busy time seems to be around 4-6. There’s a green field for family to play, bbq facility near by and couple under cover table and benches, though no toilet facilities.

Very well maintained and tidy.
Thanks for everyone who keeps this park in good shape so people can enjoy it.

Love this park mainly for playing sport. Plenty of room to have a throw or a kick.

Good large flat area. Playground for kids. Dog fenced area. People friendly. We have been a few times since moving locally and always had a good time. Afternoon shade from some well placed trees means no hot sun too.

Play area was great for small children but not everyone picks up after their dog

I love walking my for baby around the park and he loves to socialize with other puppies at the dog park. I love how it's so close to Garden City! Makes for a convenient walk. 1

Small dog and large dog areas

Great for kids, picnics, birthday parties, exercising, basketball. Has a community garden run by the Scouts and has undercover BBQ facilities. 🎂👍⛹🌷🌻🏋‍♀⛲

Great park. Hidden little gem. Now my regular as it has dog park for bug and small dogs and basketball hoop plus playground.
