Crystalbrook Bailey

Beautiful property located one block from the Ocean, restaurants, parks, shopping. There is a beautiful public pool next to the ocean and a playground if you have children. There is a beautiful Church close to the hotel with beautiful stained glass windows. Well worth seeing.

I had a wonderful stay at Crystalbrook Bailey in Cairns! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with clean and spacious rooms that offer awesome entertainment options on the TV. The location is perfect, being very close to the promenade and numerous restaurants. What truly stood out, though, was the lovely and accommodating staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Crystalbrook Bailey for anyone visiting Cairns!

I had initially intended to stay at another well-known hotel nearby, but luckily I decided against it. A friend of mine happened to be staying there and told me that the hotel was quite outdated. So, instead, I chose to book a room at Bailey. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with just a 2-minute walk to the night market and a 10-minute stroll to the bay. Also the price of the hotel was great, especially since I received a 10% discount for signing up for their membership. The room itself was new and the amenities provided were definitely worth the price I paid. I highly recommend the Crystalbrook brand and I am already looking forward to returning in the near future.

Stayed here for work 3 nights just recently and was really impressed. They certainly have lifted the standard in Cairns. Rooms were great and really done nicely. Will be staying here again next in the north. CC’s restaurant is a must visit downstairs

We liked everything. It was clean, tidy, polite and helpful staff.
The kitchen didn't have blender and there was an induction stove which was a big minus for me, so i had to cook outside in a barbeque area.

Just spent 7 night's in a Urban Room which was very pleasant.
Check in was fast & efficient, king size bed was comfortable and a brilliant shower equipped with both rain shower and standard.
Big thnx to the staff who were really friendly and helpful.
Looking forward to my next stay @ Bailey...

Beautiful hotel rooms. Everything you would expect from a new and modern hotel. Only disappointment … the hotel’s CC’s restaurant kitchen closes at … 8.30pm! It looked so nice too! Unfortunately it wasn’t any easier to find a restaurant open in central Cairns on a Saturday night at that time. Places may have been open but Kitchens were closed.

I have not stayed in this hotel. I do however work beside it, and most mornings at around 7, I get a coffee and sit outside. I am usually served by Chanelle. She always remembers my order, and makes it to the temperature that I request. She is extremely professional, polite and goes above and beyond in her service style. I often observe her giving the same level of service and effort to every single customer. My boss who also goes there commented on the same. She puts in 100% into her customer service, each and every day, and it really makes the difference.

Beautifully designed rooms, stunning Lobby, great location and amenities and really helpful staff. We had to end our stay 4 days early due to the incoming cyclone and having plans as soon as we flew back home meant we couldn't risk being delayed and Crystalbrook Bailey staff were kind enough to understand our situation and refund our unused nights and we couldn't be more thankful. My only two complaints would be the need to update the USB ports next to the beds to have both USB-A and USB-C type ports (because there is no power points on that side of the room and some may only turn up with Type-C cables) and there's no point in having a coffee machine without a milk warmer/frother. Also if you are a hot sleeper like me and you want your aircon to go below 21 degrees just see the staff downstairs and they will happily set it up remotely, just a shame we cannot set it ourselves still. None the less a great hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Good location about 15 mins from reef terminal for the tours and about 10 mins from row of bars and restaurants (with others on the 10 min walk!)

New and modern hotel with well thoughtout designed rooms. The hotel feels arty and fun but also quiet for a comfortable stay. The room is wide and clean, wonderful designed bathroom. Staff are nice and efficient.

My family booked a two bedroom apartment for a five night stay. Absolute perfection! Prime location convenient to attractions, shopping, grocery, and the Esplanade. Our accommodations were modern, inviting, and extremely clean. The thoughtful design features maximize the efficiency of the space. I loved that we were able to cook a few meals in our kitchen space, complete with full sized appliances, tableware and pots & pans. The bathrooms were luxurious and having two of them made getting ready in the mornings mush faster for the four of us. And it was fantastic to have a washer and dryer within our apartment! They even supplied the laundry powder which was a nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Staff are nice, but at night if you call them for help, it took quite a long time for them to pick up the phone. I tried ask for the toilet but at last didn’t receive any.

Room was clean, design was modern. The location was good that you can walk to the CBD and pier. House cleaning did a great job arranging my things.

Breakfast choices were not much.

Beautiful clean rooms, nice water pressure in the showers! Very convenient and comfortable and definitely will be back sooner rather than later

My room was very comfortable and I had a wonderful view.
The amenities were great and the bars and restaurant were terrific.
The staff were professional , friendly and helpful.
I will definitely be back to visit beautiful Cairns and would love to stay here again.

It was our engagement & they sent us a bottle of bubbles as well as a really nice card. It made our stay even more special. Everyone was helpful & friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, but wish we had spent a bit more time enjoying all that the hotel had to offer like the pool. We would definitely stay there again.

As locals in the region, Bailey is hands-down our preferred hotel when we overnight in Cairns: excellent service, beautiful rooms, comfy beds and prime location.

The Crystalbrook has been my go to hotel stay for special events and it never disappoints! The rooms are spacious and guarantee a view of Cairns, the location is in the middle of Cairns city meaning you are a walk away from the night life and all good restaurants and stores. Their beds are the comfiest beds I’ve slept in and their bathrooms are elegant and extremely spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crystalbrook Bailey. The rooms although are a little small, were absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was lovely. We also enjoyed the choice of many new movies on the huge tv.

The location is perfect. Everything we needed was right around the corner. We sped around the city on the electric scooters available to the public at many locations nearby.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any matters we had.
