Mantra Trilogy Cairns

It was really amazing to stay here.. all staff members are really helpful specially the girl named meiski i’m not sure about the correct spelling of name but yeah she was really kind and sweet to me ❤ thankyou to all of you

We stayed for a week, everything was lovely. One thing though is that the kitchen would’ve been more complete with the addition of basic condiments like salt and pepper.

We were on level 4 on the esplanade view was great
the only thing next time I would ask for a walk in shower, Also when you walk into the pool the bottom is very ruff and it hurt my feet it needs attention. Staff were great would stay again.

Great location. Loads of eateries around. Spoilt for choice. Reception were very accommodating in changing our room to a proper sea view. (Not just a glimpse from the balcony.) Comfy beds. Shower pressure is awesome. Clean.

Stayed in a one bed apartment which was super comfortable. Had all the amenities and only left the apartment to get food. It was super comfortable.

Best location for a relaxing holiday!
Right on the Esplanade, surrounded by activities and excellent restaurants & dining options.
Rooms are spacious & well equiped, staff are friendly & the beds are comfortable (only thing I'd bring next time is my pillow as theirs are all very high).
Overall; I'm glad we paid that bit extra to stay here.

Had to make a quick late booking on my arrival and got a reasonable and affordable price for seven (7) nights during the water long weekend.

Studio apartment is nice, bed comfortable/balcony, however would of been nice to have a microwave and toaster.

We're the only the only items In the studio apartment to use.

Hotel is in location to The Esplanade, handy to restaurants, cafes, and bars, all in walking distance...room was on the small side...internet is available per day charge, (not free) but Wi-Fi is available with Cains free Wi-Fi and other venues outside.

Very happy with our self contained apartment. Nice and quiet and very well appointed rooms.

Friendly check in and check out, fantastic location, got the apartment so no service during the time we were there, fantastic having the appliances for a week. Parking was only limited but on st was fine. Pool was nice and on third floor with gym, toilets and stair access to the esplanade. BWS on side of building, great food very close. Elevator was slow so be prepared to wait for that everytime.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to walk everywhere and being there for the festival this was a bonus! The room was exactly what we had asked for, for two sisters on vacation. Next time though we will upgrade to self contained apartment. One negative, the swipe cards for lifts and rooms. Sometimes it would take 5 or 6 swipes to work.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here! Very quiet, relaxing and clean hotel. The beds were very comfy ! The staff were very polite and helpful. I was only here for a new year eve but managed to enjoy most of the facilities.

In one of the best locations in Cairns, you will find this amazing hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and happy to accommodate any request. The views from this hotel were stunning, our apartment almost had a 360 degree view of Cairns, which included the mountains, the city, the ocean, and the esplanade, absolutely incredible! The pool and amenities were excellent!

I guess that’s why they called it the Mantra Trilogy - it has the trifecta!

We stayed in Mantra Trilogy for 3 nights in Jan 2023. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Located in the centre of everything including restaurants and cafes, attractions, Esplanade, Night markets and just a short walk to Reef fleet terminal. The staff were friendly and helping. They did everything they can to make sure our stay is pleasant.

We went to the hotel at 10AM for checkin as we arrived on an early morning flight from Melbourne, understandably the room was not yet ready. So, left our luggage at the hotel and went to roam around the city. Got a call from the hotel at 12 telling me the room is ready.

We requested for a high floor with ocean views, although we booked through a third party website and probably a standard room without a view, they still considered our request and gave a room with ocean views. They even asked me if I have Accor live membership and added it to my booking, gave free Wifi which is available to members.

On our last day our flight was late in the afternoon. We asked if late checkout is available, knowing the answer would be no as we heard numerous other times when we stayed at other places. But the staff checked and provided later checkout till 12PM.

Would definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Stayed in an oceanview room (level 4)…amazing! Staff were accommodating, the hotel is perfectly located for visitors and walking distance to everything. Rooms and amenities were great for a 4star place. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting and wanting self contained apartments! We would stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay right in the heart of Cairns. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Staff were very helpful and pleasant for the durstion of our stay. If you are a foodie there is an abundance of places to eat nearby.

Fantastic location an all round great experience..will definitely be back an also will definitely recommend this experience with friends and family..
After enjoying the activities around Cairns and coming back to a nice clean air-conditioned room was a great way to relax and unwind..

Perfect place for me. Right on the waterfront, close to restaurants, and other eating areas. Reasonable prices too.

Fantastic location with excellent views. Opposite lagoon pool, close to Muddy’s, great for kids. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean.

Stopped in to visit some friends staying in the complex. Lovely room, great location with amazing views over the esplanade & marina.
