Parkwood Family Practice

I absolutely love this practice. The receptionist and the staff are always very helpful, very kind, very caring and always look out for peoples health and if anything goes wrong they’re straight onto it and call 000 immediately. Thank you so much guys. I really feel safe in your hands once I walk straight through them doors, God bless you all and I will see you next time, take care and stay safe xoxo

My son had his ears cleaned out and the doctor was wonderful. All the nurses and receptionist Lisa and James are just so nice. Peta fit an appt in that day which was so helpful.

Myself, my partner and 2 young children have all been attending Parkwood Family Practice for a few years now, and been very happy with how we've always been looked after. It starts from the front as soon as you walk in, and I have to mention Peta on reception and the Practice Manager Lisa in particular. They've always done what they can to accommodate us. Would highly recommend.

The best doctors ive ever been do. I refuse to go anywhere else. Staff is amazing, always on time and make you feel so safe and comfortable at all times.

I could not be happier with the Drs and staff at Parkwood. Dr Cargill and Dr Dyogi are thorough and appear to be incredibly compassionate and empathetic Doctors. Lisa the manager has been amazingly helpful in assisting me with a problem I was experiencing. Reception staff are polite, friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. I could not be happier with my choice of Doctors.

My GP is Dr Edmond Dyogi i am his patient more than 10 years. I have nothing to complaining about him or staff. They doing their job well and professional.

This practice is honestly the most amazing practice. Since the new practice manager has taken over the feel of the place has completely changed. Every time we go there she says hello checks in on me and my husband. My doctor who I have been seeing for years and years is amazing. The practice is clean the nursing staff are amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I have been visiting Parkwood Family practice regularly since it opened. I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful. Its unrealistic to think you won't have to wait for a Doctor at any medical centre. If every person arrived early, then others wouldn't have to wait as long. I've seen most of the doctors over the years, and you mainly get back what you put out. So be prepared, make a double booking if you have multiple things to discuss. Now be nice to people and they'll be nice back.

I really liked this practice especially when it came to my daughters health. I went in without making a booking with a burn to my daughters hand and they saw me straight away. Nurses were amazing and so good with my daughter , she was scared and in pain but the nurse was amazing with her ! Definitely recommend this practice .

WOW! The staff at Parkwood Family Practice is so incredibly kind and caring they look after you every way possible and help you out with anything you need or want also they get your appointments on time so you not waiting in the waiting room for ages like the hospital so you get to see your GP on time as if it was like walking in and out they are very kind and lovely they do their very best to look and help after their patients and the nurse, who is also a wonderful woman she knows her stuff and looks after you very well if you need to see her please respect them at all times xxx

I would just like to compliment the staff at Parkwood family practice they are amazing they are thoughtful they are so caring and honest they will give you the shirt off the back if they could and they always try and get you in with your doctor as soon as possible which is wonderful they are always helping the doctors as well as the patients they should be well well praise for the amazing job that they do when the abuse that they get and they can’t have an angry attitude back even though that like to jump over the counter and give them a hiding but you just never see them angry they’re always happy and placid and that’s why we go to the parkwood family practice it’s a family atmosphere Well done ladies and the other staff
