Quikstop Minimart and News

I am so greatful to the wonderful husband and wife team at the Quickstop at Liverpool hospital. I rang them in distress as my husband was in ED and did not have his charger for his phone. They were so kind and friendly to me.They not only took photos of their stock and text it to me, they delivered it straight to my husbands bedside. The quality of the phone chargers and cords were also excellent and exactly what I was looking for. I am so relieved to be able to talk to my husband in his time of need. I am 900klms from the hospital so I felt worried and helpless. I have also shopped their when in Sydney they have an amazing range of stock too. Thank you so very much for you help and kindness in our time of need. You both went above and beyond to help me yesterday I am so greatful.

If I could give this place no stars or negative stars I would.
Came away confused after being charged 19.30 after buying a small plain note pad (price ticket on item not on shelf $5.99), a chocolate bar $5, a pen $3.50, a red bull (said "no sugar" $2) I prefer the sugar version but for a saving of nearly half price I went with the sugar free option, and 10c for the bag.
I stopped at the wonderfully priced chemist and then last transaction came up. I thought must have double charged me for something so I went in and asked what I should have been charged?
Originally served by a female now a male, he went to add it up, she stepped in pretty quickly, pointed and said $3.99 and $7.50 to the man. He printed the receipt and said the red bull was for no sugar, then said I had sugar free and there was no sugarless version. He got the "zero" red bull out, same shelf etc and said it referred to the black cans. I said I don't understand because that doesn't say sugarless either???. He said that was the only one that was 2$.
He didn't even try to explain why the notepad that had a ticket of $5.99 on it was $7.50.(it was obv after she was already on top of it this was their scam. NO POINT DISCUSSING IT from my end either.)
I think that's what annoyed me the most, I'm young I've got better things to do then reviews, but I've spent alot of time in hospitals. Alot of small shops like this have a monopoly on price already to a vulnerable customer base, but on top of that to have pathetic scams for 2$ here and 1$ there is just morally bankrupt!

Overpriced and not understanding! husband purchased wireless earbuds for my daughter for 50.00! I decided I didn’t want her using them so I took them back the next day fully unopened with the receipt and I was advised I couldn’t get a refund. piss poor service! don’t support them.

Opens at 7am ….. because it doesn’t the lights aren’t even on the papers are still out the front, I walked down from the ward whilst super unwell to be met with closed doors, pick your game up

They sell overseas products which is nice but that normally means it's very expensive. There's also no price tags on anything so unless you walk up and get your item scanned, you're clueless on how much money you're going to spend. Just wanted some biscuits and a noodle cup. $13 dollars it costed me. Those were Griffin Choc Chip cookies which were $7 and $6 for noodles. You could literally buy a 6 cup noodles pack from woolies lol

Currently in the hospital, I asked a friend to get me some snacks from this store. He was taking pictures of the products so that I could choose remotely. The staff member asked my friend to stop.

Seriously?? What possible reason could you have to stop someone taking photos of chocolate bars?

Very poor service!

Management are abusive towards customers (not staff, just the male Manager). Twice I have queried the scanned price compared to the signposted price which indicated the item, only to be verbally abused.
