Very good. I had a broken laptop screen and as his normal supplier didn't have one in stock, George went out of his way to find it from another supplier as quickly as possible. The laptop was repaired promptly, at a competitive price compared to other quotes I got, and great service.

The customer service is exceptional. The staff went out of the way to provide the computer parts I needed during my emergency stay at the Gold Coast University Hospital. Not only great service and price they delivered my order in person while I was stuck in a wheelchair 100km from home. Thanks is not enough.

Friendly. Did what he said he'd do and now my laptop runs really well. Good price too. Very quick. Offered to pick up and/or drop off as he was down this way.

Came in with a difficult PC build and left happy. Not only was Campus Computers the cheapest but it was also one of the fastest computer stores I visited. Would recommend.

Spilt water on my laptop at uni
They dried it and cleaned it in less then 24/hrs

When I got it back they pointed out 2 damaged keys caps and told me it was already there when they got it

I know nothing else was damaged (besides the water spill) when I gave it to them. A little upset but at least they fixed the main problem, water damage

I had a broken laptop screen, so i took it to campus computers they told me they could order the new screen and have it replaced by tomorrow. So i left them the laptop and they said i could pay when i pick it up. So i went back the next day and it was fixed, but cost $239. I paid the ridiculous price but i was happy it was fixed. Unfortunately when i got home and tried to start up my computer it wouldnt turn on. Turns out now my laptop now wont work unless it is plugged into a power source. I did not have this problem before i gave them my laptop so they must have done something to screw up my battery.

Dead set this man was hard to work with. Never followed through with what he said he would do ended up taking it back to get help elsewhere after reading reviews i was concerned to say the least.

Got my computer fixed here and was repeatedly told each week my computer was going to be fixed. I was originally told that the fix was going to cost $50 but after “further diagnosis” it was going to cost $500. In the end it took 7 weeks for it to be fixed and upon collection of my “fixed” laptop after a couple of days it failed again. Opening up my laptop to see what was wrong i saw that he stole my hard drive and graphics card. If i could rate zero stars i 100% would. DO NOT GO HERE! HE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR!!

This is my first ever Google rating I’m leaving for the sake of others.
They ripped off $55 first under the name of ‘diagnosis’ and provided the worst customer service ever imaginable. Even one point star is high for them and I’ll never visit this place again.

I came here on Thursday 4:45pm, and it wasn't open, despite both physical signs and the Google Maps entry saying it was.
