Just a quick thank you to Brittany (can’t forget her name!) who called me and helped me with my Petwell order. I really appreciate it! Now let me tell you about the PETWELL MOBILITY product - My frenchie has been on crate rest for almost 8 weeks now after showing significant hindlimb ataxia from jumping incorrectly off the lounge. After an expensive trip to the vet, it was clear that he now has IVDD (intervertebral disc disease). After researching multiple different natural products to help his recovery, I found PetWell Mobility.. a product that contained ALL of the natural products I had been looking for. It was a no brainer to purchase!!! He has been on the ‘mobility hip + joint relief’ for almost 3 weeks now (he is not on any medication or pain relief) and I’m seeing a HUGE improvement. He’s walking (maybe not in a straight line like he use to) but after weeks of not being able to even get up, he’s certainly showing that he’s getting stronger and his movement is getting better. Have been buying from Budget Pet Products for years. Still find their product range and prices are the best. Yes I had a delay in the delivery of the order before last - though if I was going to give a negative review it would be on Aramex's page, not BPP (that said, the Aramex guy who does our local deliveries is very good). With that order, I also had a payment (Paypal) issue but got around it myself - I later emailed BPP customer service and had a reply within 24 hours and the problem had been fixed. Payment for this last order went through without a hitch. This last order had a product just out of date - I let BPP customer service know and sent a photo - almost immediately I had a reply and a solution I was more than happy with. I figure things just do go wrong sometimes (apart from all the very, very many times my orders went 100% right)- I certainly wasn't disappointed with the attention from BPP's customer service and their willingness to fix those couple of problems. Kudos too to the BPP packing dept - always packed carefully and arrive in perfect condition. Still happily recommend Budget Pet Products.

I've been using these guys for a couple of years now, for my dog's prescription diet. Always fast delivery and great prices.

Rarely had an issue, only 1-2 deliveries out of 50+ deliveries were slower than expected.

Great price and quick delivery. Had issues with delivery company and reported to customer service. Rochelle in customer service was fantastic! I started an online chat, and when I wasn't there to answer the chat Rochelle called me instead. She was really kind and happy. Escalated my concerns and validated the issues I had with the delivery. Highly reccomend! Haven't experienced customer service like that in too many years :-)

Ordered several times from their shop. Better price than their competition, very fast delivery. But their seem to be a few minor issues with the shop front: sometimes the system does not allow to add another item to the shopping cart by clicking on it.
