Argyle Street Medical Centre

My son and I have been attending this medical centre for a while now and I could not fault this place whatsoever. The reception staff are lovely, polite and willing to go above and beyond to help you. The nursing staff are fantastic, approachable and patient especially with a toddler who is hysterical with his vaccinations. My son sees Dr Ng and he is patient, takes the time to listen and conducts a thorough assessment. He is calm with my son and doesn't show any signs of disinterest or frustration with a screaming toddler. Dr Cenan is my doctor and she is lovely, always taking the time to listen and perform a thorough examination to ensure she has missed nothing. I've never had issues with this medical centre and my concerns have always been addressed and my questions answered.

As a long-time patient at Argyle Medical Centre, particularly under the care of Dr. Ganesh, my experience has been consistently positive. Dr. Ganesh's expertise and genuine concern for my well-being have been invaluable. The entire staff, from receptionists to nurses, has been exceptionally helpful whenever I've faced health issues, reflecting a commitment to patient care that goes beyond expectation. Grateful for the exceptional service and support I've received over the years.

Dr Sucila Thaninayagham is one of the best doctors I have met at Argyle street medical centre in Parramatta. She is very kind caring and responsible doctor who always listens to his/ her patients patiently. Dr Sucila is very professional and her diagnosis is excellent. This is more than 10 years that I have been visiting her.

The experience I had was above and beyond expectations! I was in visible pain reception raced me to the loveliest nurses Kathy and min ! The best I’ve ever seen. Dr ngo came in and knew exactly what happened and gave me the best advice for my injury. Lovely people lovely practice highly recommended.

I don’t think people should LIKE seeing a doctor but my experience with Argyle St Medical Center was outstanding - they gave me such a good feeling right from the first phone call!
I could just walk in and haven‘t had to wait for long even though there were a lot of patients waiting.
I was with Dr Sucila Thaninayagham and felt she really knows what she does. She was friendly but professional and took the time to really help me! I felt understood and treated in the best possible way!
I can highly recommend this clinic and will definitely go there again(in case I have a medical problem again)

Dr Trung Ngo is an incredible doctor who is highly professional and was able to pin-point and address any issues I had. Other doctors I had visited from other practices couldn’t fix my problems concerning my health, but Dr Ngo did it with just one visit. Highly recommend this knowledgeable and passionate health professional to take care of your needs. Thank you Dr Ngo and team!

Had a great consultation with Dr.Siraj Sira for my 4yr old. The reception was kind to allow us go out and return closer to the consultation time as there was a huge wait.

Sorry to anyone who had a unfavorable experience. In my case I've dealt with these guys in Sydney since 2014 on and off. Found Dr Kamal extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Consultations always run in a smooth and timely manner. Recent interaction with reception was great! Eliza was able to fast track and retrieve details in a split second to book a new appointment. No pressure. Professional and friendly staff. The medical centre of course is not very large hence it's easy for people to get impatient during busy periods. But definitely an amazing place to stop by!

Me and my daughter was very happy vist back to Dr Kaye. She was so patience, calm and made us feel comfortable. My questions answered in a polite way. She wasn’t in rush (so important for me) and gave her time to us. She was friendly with my daughter which is a key when we deal with kids. All in all I have no hesitation to recommending Dr Kaye to anyone. I am very satisfied with the quality of her care and support.

My parents started seen Dr Kaye Xu since 2019, they felt so lucky to meet her and I was referred by my mum , now my whole family are her loyalty patients! I’m so grateful that having her as our family GP.She helped us chasing up all relevant documents which received by hospital prior to my dad ‘s kidney stone surgery. She also visited us after dad’s surgery in her personal time. She is an excellent GP! Very friendly, professional, thorough and caring! 10/10 I would recommend.

Always busy and there is a bit of a wait to see Drs but the same across Sydney.

Dr. Sira and team are helpful and compassionate. Book the appointment in advance. But do prepare for 30-45 minutes wait time.

Great reception staff and nice range of doctors, mostly nice and professinal. Dr Xu is always quite rushed and not thorough.

Dr. Kaye Xu has been our whole family’s doctor since she started work here.She is very patient and helpful every time we see her.

I have always found the reception staff to be pleasant and helpful. The doctors are absolutely lovely, so thorough with their collection of information to get to the cause of your medical problem. Sometimes, there is long waits but it’s because not all patients are a quick in and out. I certainly would not want to be rushed and something missed that could help me get well. I’m sure no one else would appreciate that either. I will continue to visit this practice because of the care they give.
