First point of call...the lovely Wendy on the front desk who really genuinely cares about people. She is a special lady! Then Doctor Sherif Salib who is now my Doctor. Gentle, caring and respectful. Nothing is too much trouble. They all go the extra mile!!

Dr Salib is a very good Dr. I highly recommend you give him a go and Dr Mary is very good too. Dr Salib has always given myself and my family exceptional caring service. The reception staff are very friendly too and great to have a laugh with.

I have been going to the medical centre for years. Everybody is friendly and the receptionist is always happy to see you.

I came here back in August to get a blood test. I went there because they were next door to synergy and I had already been fasting. The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. I asked her if I could forward via email my digital blood test referral to print and she told me to ask the pathologist. I waited in line for a while for the pathologist as there was people in front of me just to be told I need to get it printed by the receptionist and then line up again. The pathologist was apologetic however the receptionist kept asking me to stand aside whilst she served other patients after me making appiontments. When I finally got it printed and was able to be seen by the pathologist it had been enough time that I could have just driven home 20 minutes to my local and lined up and got it done there. To top it off I never received the results of my blood test. My local dr had to chase it up and I had to get another blood test at my local.
