Unfortunately there was no available flu vaccination.
Dr Catherine is very efficient and looked after me without any hesitation.
Great service from the receptionist as well.

Chirag, the practice manager, is always very kind and helpful every time I visit the practice. He greets me with a warm welcome. Kristy, the medical receptionist, is also very helpful and kind.
In the medical team, everyone is good, but Dr. Andrew Wong is the best doctor I have ever met in Australia.

it was a very good experience here, didn't have to wait long and Dr. Lauren was super helpful. I was expecting to be charged a gap fee which was also waived off and bulk billed. Overall very happy with the service received.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years and now my baby sees Dr Catherine as well. We live about 30 minutes away but happy to travel as she is fantastic. She’s so kind, lovely to deal with and very patient. I always trust that Dr Catherine will address our concerns and make us feel better.

We moved to Parramatta at the end of 2022. We have always found the staff at My Health Priceline level 2 very friendly and helpful. The health care services available are very professional and efficient. We love the “one stop shop”!

I speak very highly of this health practice and it is because of Dr Andrew Wong and Dr Catherine Tan! They are the best doctors my husband and I have had, and we’ve moved around Sydney a lot. Dr Wong takes his time to get to understand your situation or issue and takes genuine care in getting the right outcome. You feel seen and heard. We haven’t lived in Parramatta in over 2 years and it takes us 45 mins to get there, but we still drive out to Dr Wong cause we know we will be well looked after. If you can’t see Dr Wong then request to see Dr Catherine Tan she is another doctor that makes you feel seen and heard. The front desk staff are also very lovely. Different to reception desks at other health practices. They actually smile when they speak to you. Couldn’t fault this place, and even if I had to drive 1 hour to see be seen by Dr Tan or Dr Wong, I would do so in an instant.

Dr. Andrew Wong is always very patient and truly cares about his patients. The male nurse was excellent with my son during his vaccinations, providing comfort as he was very scared!

Dr Wong is a very caring and kind doctor. I no longer live near Parramatta but I continue going to this practice due to Dr Wong. Dr Tan is also a fantastic doctor and is very professional. The wait times at the practice can be long so come prepared for that, however the wait is worth it for the care these doctors provide.

My experience in my health was super amazing and nice. All the staff members were so accomodating and helped me out real quick for the appointment with the doctors. Me chirag Seth was amazing. He helped me throughout the appointment and medical processes really appreciate the hardworking staff.

I have had several appointments recently with Dr Yiping Zeng. I would highly recommend her as she is very thorough. Even if she is running a bit late she doesn't make your appointment feel rushed, but listens to your concerns. I will continue to see her. Thank you Dr Zeng

Location was hard to find as there are 3 clinics named Myhealth inside Westfield. You need to go to level 2 and this is located inside the Priceline. Easy to find if you take escalator down from Kmart. Receptionist is attentive and helped me with my appointment. Even helped me teach how to view insurance card details through the app. As this was my first GP visiting experience, I was bit nervous but receptionist lady made it easy. I made an appointment day before through online and it was easy process. Recommend to make an appointment beforehand. Had to wait like 15 min even with appointment as doctors were absent due to Covid and it’s understandable. Dr. Lauren checked me and she was super attentive and listened to all. Overall pleasant experience. Thank you!

Very reliable most especially Dr.Zeng.
She is very efficient, very patient accomodsting and she is a Doctor with compassion.
Staff are also approachable, even Ms. JOCELYN-the nurse( truly a nurse with a heart and compassion.)

I recommend this clinic! Chirag Sheth the Practice Manager is amazing. He was very helpful in assisting me with my enquiries at the front desk, he went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. Dr Andrew Wong also is a wonderful doctor that cares about his patients and is super knowledgeable.

The place was calm and clean. Chirag helped me in the reception to complete the formalities. GP consultation was made easy. There was no long wait. It was very good experience over all.

Dr Andrew Wong has to be one of the best doctors around. Exceptional care and have never been rushed out the doctor. He always takes his time to listen and provide sound advice.

Wait times can be long but that is something you can be prepared for knowing when your turn comes no one is rushing you either.

Reception ladies have their good and bad days.
