Staff seemed nice. Lots of glassware and clothing, some books and other bits. Not open very much, prices ok.

Extremely rude staff. Not open long enough for people who work during the day. Finally got there an hour before closing and they were already putting everything away. Very disappointing.

I called to ask if these guys had a particular type of leather jacket that i have been chasing all day to no prevail. The lady on the phone "Caroline" wouldnt go and look to let me know if they had one or not so i knew whether it was a waste of a trip or not.. Because she was at the other side of the shop? What couldnt you have been bothered to.. idk? Do your job? Disgusting customer service and just down right slack.
