Hannah Etherington Flowers

Hannah created a beautiful bouquet for our elopement in April. We organised everything over email and she patiently took my many requests and weaved them into something beyond my wildest dreams. Her professionalism, communication and creativity are far beyond any of the other florists I considered. My dad collected the bouquet the morning of the wedding and even he was so excited once he saw it. My cousin also contacted Hannah as she wanted to send flowers that matched my bouquet as a surprise and the arrangement Hannah created was exquisite. After years of ordering beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions, we knew exactly who we wanted to do the flowers for our wedding. Hannah did not disappoint! Her service and professionalism was fantastic and the quality of her work really brought our vision to life. So many of our vendors (who go to a lot of weddings) were asking who did our bouquets/flowers, as they were very impressed. The price point for the service was more than reasonable, especially when you compare the size of the bouquets, the quality of the flowers and the outstanding service. Would 100% recommend to any bride and groom!

Hannah created the most stunning, wedding bouquet of my dreams for our intimate wedding at the start of April. She was so easy to organise the bouquet with, all done online and I can’t tell you how blown away myself & my family were when it arrived on my door step the morning of the wedding! I had almost given up on using florists, and then I found Hannah. I took a leap of faith, with an over the phone order, and was absolutely wowed with what she sent out. She is prompt, pleasant, and great value. I have only had occasion to use her a few times and have never been to her store, but would not go anywhere else for delivered flowers!

Not cheap but good service

I ordered a $100 bouquet on the phone from Melbourne that needed to be delivered to an individual in Perth, and I asked if a picture of the bouquet could be sent - I ordered the 'Soft Pink Feminine Pastel' bouquet - Unfortunately, the individual I spoke to (who was not very polite) said they couldn't do that because they were too busy, and if I wanted a picture of the bouquet the recipient could send it through to me when they received it. When I received a picture from the recipient, the bouquet consisted of orange tulips and coral coloured roses. With modern technology, it would not have been difficult to take a picture of the bouquet and emailing it through for a customers satisfaction. If I saw the selection of flowers, I would have objected as it looked nothing like the flowers I online.

I purchased a bunch of flowers for Mother's Day the day before and was advised they would last "at least a week, if not longer". They were kept as advised by the shop attendant, however my mum sent me pictures of them by Monday with them dying and drooping despite being kept in a vase and in an ideal location away from direct sunlight etc.

I called to enquire about getting a bouquet of flowers made for my wedding which i explained was only an elopement with myself and my partner, no bridal party or anything, to have the girl on the phone not let me finish what i was saying and to only be laughed at down the phone that they already had a wedding booked on the day of mine and then cut me off. I had no idea what they found so funny and there was no offer to try and help me with anything, i found her so rude. Won't be ringing back here again or recommending.

The stunning flowers lasted 2 days - very disappointing for the receiver and those parties who sent them.

Unfortunately for me, my usual flower shop in Claremont was not open early this morning when I needed to buy flowers for a birthday. I did a quick Google of another one close by and popped in. The atmosphere in the shop is not warm or friendly, the staff were condescending and somewhat pretentious. I should have gone with my gut instinct and walked out and found another florist. Instead, I walked out with a tiny bunch of flowers that I was embarrassed to give my friend. Perhaps it is because I always receive amazing service from my usual florist. A shop that is more than happy to assist you and make suggestions on bouquet arrangements. Unlike this one, which just seemed annoyed that I didn’t know what I wanted.

The delivery person was very rude. Tall blonde. The flowers were wilted and the arrangement was shoddy. The chocolate was melted. Could not read the message on the enclosed card because the handwriting was illegible. For the cost of the bouquet, I would go elsewhere! There are plenty of alternatives. Never again.
