Amazing service! This lovely and kind manager helped us when there was a little mix up in our order and made everything perfect and smooth trailing. This managers name is Luke. Want to say a massive thank you to the manager that served me before lunch today. After receiveing a bad grilled burger at another store a month ago, I was given a free burger, however I didn’t realise it was only within next month. As the app wouldn’t work to scan the voucher for the burger the manager patiently waited and seeing it didn’t work, still honoured my free burger to ensure they could make it up. Really appreciate the service and opportunity to make up from bad quality last time. Burger was super fresh and tasty and made exactly how I wanted. Never disappointment at this location following multiple past visits here. Highly recommend. Thank you again!

Great service, yummy burgers, love the herb chips especially when dipped in their aioli sauce. One thing I would say to make the experience even better would be to offer a free dipping sauce with each serving of chips.
Plenty of heating outside so it is pleasant on a cold day. Lot's of birds hanging around and quite a bit of bird poop which is kind of gross but I understand that they are hard to manage with outdoor eating.

I really like the atmosphere that Grill'd has here and the different dishes that they have. One of the biggest things I love about this place is that they give customers these tokens and let them choose which local charity/organisation to have them donate to.

The burgers are cooked to perfection but they should really put chips with the burger like any other restaurant.

Sensational burgers, good chips. My go to venue for a quality reasonably priced meal on a night out.

Tasty burgers and chips, friendly staff, ample indoor and outdoor seating. Expect to pay between $10.50 to $15.90 for a burger, and $5.50 for a regular serving of chips.

The service was fast and all the food was perfectly cooked, it was just very pleasant and enjoyable.

Went to support Airds High School. Brilliant. Food was fantastic, all the table raved. Glitch in order fixed in micro seconds. Staff were awesome, happy and super efficient. They didn't have a tip jar (need one on the bar) but I left one anyway. Great night out. They also support our community so we should return the favour. First of many visits.

The food is always amazing but what tops that is the incredible friendly service I get everytime I come here. I Brought a friend here for the first time, he loved the food. When I ordered they missed my extra patty order, they fixed it with no problems at all and Refused my money for the mistake. If you want great burgers and amazing service come here!!

We stopped by grilld for a quick snack 45 mins before our movie start time, we asked how long would it take to get our food and we were told 10 minutes,so we ordered 2 burgers and chips, and right on time our meal was in front of us, wow the herbed chips were amazing, then the burgers omg the taste was so good. Definitely coming back to sample some more. And service was on point.
