This company was very easy to deal with. Sunny came to my mums house in Green Valley, he was on time and explained everything. To my surprise the blinds were ready in just under 2 weeks and within a few days after speaking to Sunny the blinds were installed. It was a very fast turnaround and the blinds look great and keeping the heat out. Dont bother looking elsewhere, you wont get a better deal when it comes to price, warranty and quality. The other quotes i got from companies were charging double with a one year warranty only.

I spoke to Sunny on the phone. He was one guy who gave me a proper understanding of blinds in layman terms. Sometimes companies forget that the end user is not smart with jargons. Really felt comfortable in talking to Sunny. Then he came home to get the dimensions and made me understand how would the finished product look and what was important for our house. He committed a date for the installation and promptly the installers came on the given date at the given time and set us the blinds. Ravi and his team at Homeworx did a brilliant job with my bbq pergola. I decided enclosing 2 sides of my new bbq pergola after the wet Sydney deluge that we recently experienced. His super friendly salesperson took me through the various options explaining both the pros and cons and the pricing of said options. After settling on the chosen option, Ravi and I negotiated a price which I thought was reasonable and proceeded to install. His friendly installation team took me through the how's and what's to do with the blinds. On the whole, (though there were minor delays but with expectation set prior), we are very happy with Ravi's company Homeworx, and I would recommend his company to my family and friends. Time will tell if rain will still get in and if the material will last over time but for now, very satisfied with the quality of the blinds and the whole experience dealing with Homeworx.

We had a good experience with Homeworx in getting outdoor blinds installed for our alfresco. Sunny was professional and explained about the product and their service in general and also about all the options available in terms of various materials. He also patiently clarified whatever doubts we had and made some suggestions whenever we asked for them. The Installation was also smooth. However, we wish they didn't leave any plastic debris behind on our lawn in the process of installing the blinds. Apart from that, it was great.
