I like the process for tenants using appliance guys. Your property manager and landlord approve the repair, then the power is in the tenants hands to coordinate a time directly with the repair company.
They proactively communicate, giving a broad time frame in advance, then a narrower time frame the day before. I've had them come out for 3 different issues and they've always come in the window they've advised. They were efficient, friendly, and tidied up after themselves, which is rare!
I got a new gas cooktop and my dishwasher is draining properly again. They stuck around to fully test it too, so I could feel confident that the job was complete. Great processes. Well done.

I wouldn't recommend the gas cooker model that we had installed, as the dials are not accessible for people with mobility issues. I can't turn them on or off with slightly damp hands. The grip is too small. Better to choose something with real dials. The finish seems harder to keep looking clean too.

Excellent service both for diagnostics and replacements. The technicians are extremely professional, courteous, communicate well and are punctual. The jobs are completed in a quick time and in a very effective manner

This would have to be the best company I have ever had to deal with, there customer service was fantastic, and the installation of the stove was amazing. From the moment it was booked in I was updated at every step, they arrived at the time they booked, they rang to let me know exactly when they would be there and the instal went so smoothly, they took the old product and packaging away. I highly recommend this company

Extremely happy with Zak and Dusan. Come in with happy faces and worked quickly. Did a great job fixing the electrical problem and installed a new dishwasher. They also removed the old dishwasher and left a clean space after. Highly recommended.

The Appliance Guys came and replaced my cooktop and today they fitted the custom trim for a seamless transition between cooktop and bench. The communication was great via text to let me know when they were coming. The guys were on time, friendly and co pelted the job to a high standard. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. The communication to set up a time was clear and prompt (including working around limited availability as we were away). On the day the technician called when he arrived and was professional, efficient and friendly. Oven is now fixed. Thanks for such an easy and positive experience!

ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL WONDERFUL SERVICE. The two young men we're absolutely wonderful. They TOOK THE OLD OVEN and the lads cleaned up after themselves vacuuming every last scrap. I have never seen such great work ethic and representation. They installed the oven in literally minutes and didn't mind the mess.

We ran into a few issues at first (nothing to do with the appliance guys) and the team were always super understanding and helpful. Every person I delt with on separate occasions was super lovely. Even went the extra mile and vacuumed my floor after having an oven installed. Great experience

Appliance guy - amazing! Knew the specific dishwasher and arrived with knowledge and skills. Showed me how to adjust the settings and checked to make sure everything was working as it should- checked the spigot and removed some debris and made sure it was operating at correct water pressure. This guy was very professional- thank you!

Had them fix the dishwasher the other week. The guy came out and fixed it promptly, while also being very thorough.

He also let me know what the issue was and how to avoid it.

Would recommend this company.

Sean from the appliance guys was helpful and quite knowledgeable! He was thorough with explaining the problem, how to avoid it, and how to fix the problem if it occurred again. He also took the time to figure out the workings of our stove (it’s quite old) and ran through it all with me.
Would absolutely use them again, and would recommend them to others!

Service and communication were both great, everyone from booking through to service was very friendly, and the service was done very quickly and efficiently. Our dishwasher wasn’t working and he fixed it very quickly and tested it for us, also explained what the problem had been and what he did to sort it. Would highly recommend their services!
