Aje Parramatta

Right from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. My husband accompanied me. It’s our daughter’s wedding in less than 6 weeks. I had an idea of what I liked, as I had tried on a style at another of the Aje stores, but the sizing wasn’t right.
That is how we ended up at the Parramatta store. I found the staff friendly & attentive without being pushy. I also found there was a genuine camaraderie between staff and they were all happy to help me with any questions I had. I even ended up purchasing my shoes from them as well!
A nice touch was the offer to bring my dress in to be steamed prior to the wedding.
It was a really positive experience and I am very grateful to them for their help. Happy to give a 5 star rating.

Second time I've been in this week to take advantage of the sales and the lovely assistant, Salma, remembered my name and size. I was so impressed. Such a seamless experience. I'll be back again very soon.

Absolutely amazing service! I went in today, didn’t expect to find anything but Martha and Hanaa were so helpful and were very attentive to what I was looking for! They helped me find the exact outfit that I needed for a wedding the next day and I also ended up buying another 2 outfits 🤣. Customer service was absolutely incredible! I will definitely be coming into this store again! 🤩

Absolutely love the service at this store! Thursdays night girls were all amazing. The store was absolutely crazy packed and yet they still upheld impeccable service. Thank you to gaby for her constant excellent customer service and selling me the denim dress she was wearing and to rakaya for her hard work and helping me as well, you guys are all beautiful ladies. I interacted with all the staff working this afternoon and each one were amazingly warm, super helpful and attentive without giving pushy sales vibes and made me feel comfortable taking my time to decide. Coming from a retail background myself, I avoid shopping in store as you can feel pressured to purchase, this was not the case. They encouraged me to try a few sizes down (something I normally wouldn’t do) turns out they were spot on with their suggestion. All shopping experiences should be just like this

I just had the best customer experience at this store with the most generous staff!!
they continued to go out of their way to find a top that was out of stock in the whole company! Even though it was getting busy they still made me a priority compared to other tasks. So forever grateful for this experience in finding my 18th birthday dress <33

I was served by the lovely Ruqaya today, not only was she patient with me, but also extremely kind!! I’ll only be coming back for her beautiful service and smile!!! Thank you Ruqaya!!!

Beautiful store!! I am usually very hesitant as I wear size 16-18 and didn’t think this brand would carry my size. A lovely worker helped me out and listened to what I was after very carefully and found me the perfect dress. she was so sweet to talk to but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. However, I plan on coming back for all of my future events and hope to be assisted by the beautiful young woman again. She understood my struggles and concerns exactly♥♥

Went in to the store today and the ladies could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to help me for my bridal shower and I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely be driving to their store in future after todays experience. Very happy!

Went into Aje Parramatta yesterday and can honestly say the service was absolutely impeccable. All of the staff at the shop were so lovely and went above and beyond to help me, especially a girl named Nora. I am 5 months pregnant and finding it awkward to find flattering clothes, Nora was sooo amazing and helped me find some lovely clothes to suit my current shape. Well done on a fantastic crew Aje Parramatta :)

W O W. This store is amazing!! I have only walked into this store twice, and on the second time I bought something! The quality and design of the clothes speak for themselves. However all the staff make this a FIVE STAR experience! I had not bought from the brand in many years; however yesterday I purchased a beautiful skirt from a lovely woman named Mufaro who was a pleasure to talk to! She clearly knew what she was doing, she was extremely friendly and extremely polite! As a frequent shopper with Zimmerman; I'm happy to say that I have officially made the switch to this amazing brand and staff like Mufaro is more than Half the reason why! I love the diversity and representation in staff which allows women of colour such as myself to feel comfortable and not judged by sales assistants who often racially profile Indian people as 'cheap' (when I am far from it :P). I'm so excited to keep an eye out for more beautiful items and will definitely be making the Parramatta store my primary store to visit!
