I love coming here! Only Vietnamese place that i trust! Food is always fresh and clean, meats perfect. The lovely ladies working here are the best so friendly and super nice.
Best bbq pork bahni mi , best vermicelli noodle salad with spring rolls. Really clean pho ! The strawberry green tea Yakult is so yum! 10/10 this place over McRae and the other place in rosebud! Pics aren’t the best cause I was so hungry I started and forgot to take a pic

Amazing!! Best vegan food!! I got the bao buns and they were incredible! The brown sugar milk tea with soy milk was also amazing 🩷🩷 My bf ate the chicken bao buns and loved them 🥰

We got 5 bahn mi's and we all loved them. The vegan mock duck bahn mi (pictured, but the photo doesnt do it justice) was really good, i regret not getting more. If I lived in rosebud, I would come just for that every other day. Staff were also friendly and super accomodating.

Great spot for pho.

We had the chicken pho, the beef and pork pho, the soup was excellent.
The pork was crispy on the outside and soft on inside.

The cut chilli is spicy!

We also had the chicken bahn mi, it was made fresh with great flavors.

The seating is in the common area.

Staff are quick and friendly.
Plenty of parking.

Definitely will come back.

I have been to Bun Bee Bay a few times and each visit they've been so lovely and accommodating - especially for vegans. They're always happy to help out and the food is so delicious! 100% recommend! I had a vegan Vietnamese iced coffee, which I haven't found anywhere else.

Went to BunMee Bay today and had an amazing experience, the staff where so helpful and the food was delicious. We got the vegan rice meal and the crispy pork rice meal. They even made my girlfriend a vegan vietnamese iced coffee which was great will definitely become regulars here.

Best crispy pork banh mi I've had, and I've had it in Vietnam! Legit staff, with shockingly great prices, ingredients perfectly prepared. Excellent Vietnamese cuisine.

Great Pho and Banh Mi 's. They have a limited menu, but what I've had is fresh and delicious. The eating area is outfront of Dimmeys.

We’ve been going here since it opened and it’s never been a disappointment. Rice paper rolls are always full of salads and meats, and the hoisin is delicious. The crispy pork roll is another family favourite. The salads are more costly but hard to pass up, and the fried rice is always a hit with our child.

Fantastic and tasty food both for meat lovers and VEGANS my wife is a VEGAN and she loved the mock duck meat with vermecelli yummy highly recommended to everyone

As a proud Vietnamese meat eater myself, I am in disbelief at how INCREDIBLE the mock meat offered at this place is!! My partner is vegetarian and this is one of the only places where the mock meat somehow tastes BETTER than the regular meat! I have no idea how they do it whilst keeping that authentic Vietnamese flavour, but if we had more places like this in Melbourne I think more people like myself would realise how viable of a protein mock meat can be! Bahn mi was authentic and very generous filling. Meal on its own served with a smile. $11 at Feb 2023. Very good value given filling size. They deserve the good reviews.

Best Banh Mi and Rice paper rolls on the peninsula. Super friendly staff. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my order. So prompt and convenient.

I love this place so much! The food is the best Vietnamese I’ve eaten, I always get the bun and it’s always so fresh and as a vegetarian the mock meat is soo good, I highly recommend this place!!

This is a hidden gem! Very traditional Vietnamese food at really good prices. Love the rice paper rolls, pork rolls and the beef pho was pretty yum! Don’t expect to entertain here or be wowed by the decor but the food is brilliant.
