Coles McCrae

This is my local and I love it. Sometimes in Summer, with the influx of tourists, there is a little more of a wait and sometimes in Summer the shelves almost need restocking twice a day! As it’s a smaller Coles, be aware that full lines may not be stocked.

2023: congratulations on the paint job, landscaping, getting a couple of tenants in for Summer and the beautiful Christmas tree 🎄! Well done to the owners / managers!!

Staff are always so nice. Think I've had Debbie and today Charlize at the checkout, chatting to my kids. Love going there.

Great experience today ( Wed 12th July ) courtesy 10/10 by staff in-house and at counter who assisted me with some issues I was experiencing. Then as I was finishing loading up onto counter I saw my spend was over budget and started putting items aside when a tradie in vest etc intervened and put $20 cash on counter to assist further . I did not get his name but extend my extreme appreciation.

Love my local Coles, friendly staff. However rarely can you find staff on the floor (I need assistance as on a mobility scooter) And not able to reach high shelving.

Great little store, trolleys unlocked for ease of use.

Checkout operator did a wonderful job packing out groceries. Approx 4:30 pm on the non smoke counter. Almost $200 in groceries packed to perfection

I was served a couple of days ago by a lovely young lady, Charlise (apologies if not spelt correctly). Her communication and customer service was exceptional. Such a delight.What a credit to your team!

Came down from Melbourne with my partner for a weekend away. Staff are so nice and polite. They greet you and really help out. But tonight Karl was so helpful, when I asked for something he really went beyond what he has to do for just a customer!

Hi, I would like to express my sincere thanks to 3 beautiful young ladies after my visit on Wed 23 June at 12-10pm. I was very distraught having to walk from my car into your shop, usually in my electric scooter but due to weather I was in my car. I asked the young lady on the register nearest the service desk for help, by this time I was in tears, however she plus 2 other girls one being on the service counter were very very kind to me one got the 3 items I was there for, I could go on but please let those ladies know just how grateful I am for their assistance. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Since their revamp the fruit and vegetables seem to be of much higher quality and the changes they have made are great. I do love that going in there and chatting to all the friendly staff.

Love shopping at McCrea, not far from Capel Sound,.. lots of parking, friendly & helpful staff. Important for me it is a smaller shop & not too busy most days. Thanks, ani 🐠

Although I always manage to arrive just on closing, the lovely staff here still let me in & assist me in every possible way. It's not a huge supermarket, but they stock everything I need. Happy shopping!!

Competent, professional service.
Mechanic explained work carried out, answered queries with easy to understand language and charged a reasonable fee for work carried out.

Awesome place has all your needs and more.
Better to shop here cause it's always cheap and friendly staff and great service.

Awesome place, great staff, fantastic Shopping centre has a very experienced haircutting specialist salon in the complex at affordable prices.

It's a smaller store, so the selection is a bit smaller, but It was neat and every staff member I interacted with was polite.

It's a small Coles so doesn't always have the things the bigger stores have but the staff are lovely and very helpful.

Coles is my number one store. Availability is good and the store is easy to navigate. The staff are always nice and professional.

This is a great little shopping centre, good for when you want to quickly shop without lots of people.
