Great optometrist...does more than the other ones around..been going for years to this place..
Love his frames...he has budget ones, as well as others,I like to choices..
I'd rather support a smaller business..
Try him..he knows a lot about our eyes.

I'm sorry to have found that they are now charging for filling (small) bottles of lens cleaner of which I'd get a couple of times a year. There was a different lady at the counter than usual.
It was a nice touch but sadly this seems to have come to an end as of August 2023 (or possibly before). This added service influenced me to keep coming back for new glasses that I need almost yearly. Thus I regret I am only giving 4/5 stars.

I give four stars primarily due to the optometrist who was professional and friendly, squeezing me in as an emergency as my glasses broke and needed replacement so I could work.

This optometrist can do same day glasses if you need them urgently unlike Specsavers who have a minimum three day wait. Like the others who have reviewed this service I'm a bit meh about the guy behind the counter. Could be friendlier and basically rang up my purchase before I was actually clear about what I was buying.

I've been patronising this business for years and will continue to do so for the sake of the long term business relationship I have with the optimetrist. I'm a bit scared that the chains like Specsavers will shut small businesses like this one down.

Eye exam was quite rushed, even though I had booked the appointment a few days ago. Was quite expensive too for the level of service.

The optometrist (David) is great, very courteous, professional and top-notch with his work. However, the man at the counter really needs to learn some manners, I went down with the aim of purchasing a pair of glasses after my eye test, as was the case with some of my family members, but the way the receptionist spoke to us, made me leave empty-handed. He certainly needs to learn how customers should be treated. He had no concept of respect, and spoke to us as if we were idiots; I will never be returning to this store, and I don't recommend it to anyone, until and unless they get someone new at there front desk.

Politely asked for help finding my IPD for an online script and the gentleman behind the counter lied to me saying they didn’t have that available on site (the absolutely do, it’s an optometrist). Take your business literally anywhere else, they’ll have better looking glasses there anyways.

Edit: went to SpecSavers and they helped me with no issue. Would recommend over dealing with these guys any day of the week.

The optometrist was very good an helpful but the gentleman behind the desk was very rude an did not want to give me my script because i didn't purchasing glasses of him that day he needs to learn how to communicate with the customers. I do not recommend anyone to see these people because you'll feel unwanted in his store

The service here is shocking to the point of being rude and unhelpful. They wasted my time and money I will never shop here again.
