ACCOMM1770 - HOLIDAY RENTALS

Location, location, location. Firstly, thank you to the girls at the Accomm1770 Holiday Rentals office. They were so helpful and answered all the questionsI had about the property. What a fantastic property. We firstly needed a property to be able to cater for our dog being on holidays with us for a week. How great it was that we could keep him inside with us.
Love the tropical feel of this home. So relaxing and unbelievably quiet, spent a few sunsets on the deck that looks out to the creek and beyond.
Great appliances, fully self-contained, everything you need. Lovely surprise of a bottle of wine and some start up condiments, tea and coffee, etc. Restaurant nearby if it is Hubby’s turn to cook.
We wanted a place close to the creek to go fishing and the marina is less than a minute away to launch the boat.
This property ticks all the boxes. We enjoyed ourselves here, we will be back. Thank you.

Stayed at THE REEF holiday house and it was everything we needed at the right price. We went to 1770 to fish. Plenty of room for the boat - and the filleting bench was well used. It was hot out on the boat so a good shower and the air cons were much appreciated.

Everyone at Accomm1770 was so helpful and Seaspray was everything we had hoped it would be. The view was stunning, we saw whales and the accommodation was very luxurious which was just perfect for a bride to be and her sisters, mother and grandmother. Loved being able to relax in the spa while watching whales frolic in the sea. Thank you again for everything including the thoughtful note from the cleaners and for all being so supportive. Loved it!

The whale House had something for everyone! My 2 super active boys (3 & 5) had cool neighbours to play with & a family friendly street to ride scooters on ...the same road we all took daily walks along with a beverage in the arve to chill on the beach - very short stroll - even for gramps:) We had ample rooms with my sister & partner taking the secluded room upstairs, the noisy family of 4 could take the middle floor (us!) scoot the kids off to their own room whilst still having time to watch a movie once they'd drifted off to sleep. Which happened quite easily after long swims in the pool while the adults got their tan on ...afternoons quickly turned into nights around the pool with having the handy bbq there to cook up a feast! Amazing kitchen ...huge lounge....so many options to hang out in with everyone having their own private balcony plus a huge front & back deck! Loved this house ....me (& my kids) would definitely stay here again - thanks for the great memories x

Excellent agency for our holiday rental houses Cooks Landing and Sea Turtle at 1770. Professional, friendly and capable staff at the office. Their prompt response to any issues ensures that our houses are well maintained and our guests are happy.

Accom1770 was really helpful on our last holiday to Agnes Water. We arrived on a rainy afternoon to a house with no lights working in the ensuite, toilet, back verandah or outside stairs area. The same day that we reported the problems (the next day), the Accom staff organised the electrician as well as new light bulbs to have the problem areas repaired (blown electrical circuit). We also reported a leaking washing machine tap, and that was dealt with promptly as well. At no time were we made to feel like whiners, but they always treated us with respect, asked our permission about tradies entering our holiday property, and I felt they were glad that we had reported the problems. This was our eighth holiday in Agnes, and we always book a house through these guys. I thoroughly recommend them if you're looking to book a holiday in Agnes or 1770.

Thank you to Accomm 1770 for the fantastic service and assistance they provide. We have stayed in 1770 and Agnes Water for many years now (since 2001) and have thoroughly enjoy ourselves on every occasion. We have been staying at Dont Panic over the past 10 years and the house is sensational - right on the beach, with 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 barbaque areas, a pool and a short stroll on flat ground to all the shops. This house has the best of everything and is a hidden secret. Thanks again and we are so appreciative of Accomm 1770 and their ongoing support.

Would like to thank Accomm 1770 for their professional service they keep giving. 1770 is where we spent a lot of our holidays or just weekends away, the friendly Staff at Accomm 1770 are always very helpfully and go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and hassell free. Bluebay Cottage is our preferred holiday stay as is it directly across the road from 1770 beach, great for the whole family to swim and play, although an older style cottage has everything you need and great location at 1770. But it is truly the experience and genuine support and knowledge of all the Team at Accomm 1770, would highly recommend their service for anyone wanting accommodation, tour bookings and activities organised in the great 1770 and Agnes Water area. Awesome Job Team.

Stayed at DAMIA VILLA 2 AGNES WATER for a few nights recently. Roomy property which accommodated our family of four. Clean and tidy with a very good location walking distance to the beach and shops. Staff at the PRD were very friendly making picking up keys/returning them easy.

When I rang Accomm1770 for the first time I felt very welcome. The questions I had were answered in a very friendly and professional manner which helped me find the perfect place for my family and I to stay.
As for Agnes Water, I can't wait to go back the fishing was unbelievable. Thank you!!

Amazing place! The view is speculator from the whole house and main bedroom. Awesome estate with three pools overlooking the ocean and great place if you have a boat or jet ski to store. Would highly recommend if you want to get away from the city and hussle and bussle.

Ballantines Holiday accommodation at Round Hill Road, Agnes Water, uses Accommodation 1770 for all their bookings at Agnes Water, Queensland. I have found their staff to be a professional and trustworthy company. I have done business with them for 2 years and they manage my property by finding suitable visitors who wish to experience a renovated Queenslander house on 16 H only 4 kms from Agnes Water beaches and National Parks. Accomm1770 communicate with me immediately there is a maintenance issue and deal with the problem professionally and promptly. I highly recommend them when booking or listing your property.

Beautiful tranquil stay at the gorgeous Kira Kira, amazing ocean views and pet friendly as a lovely bonus :-) Fantastic company, very professional and friendly service. My husband and I have booked through them each time we've had a holiday here and have always had great experiences
