Highly Recommended

We did the 1 hour tour, really enjoyed it, looks of knowledge on the history of 1770, local wild life and the history of the LARC.
Neil was a great guide, good humor and dad jokes.

There is a great array of business’s around the marina to visit while you are waiting to jump on the LARC, fresh fish and chips, cafe, little bar on the waters edge, have a massage our buy gifts in the boutique shops.
Next time we are down will return to do the day tour up to the lighthouse - this would be a good group activity.

We had a fantastic time on the hour-long afternoon cruise (that magically coincided with sunset!).

The cruise itself was wonderful and smooth (considering the pink *giant* we boarded), enjoyed with a couple of soft drinks we were allowed to take onboard.

We managed to stopover at the Eurimbula National Park across from the 1770 sand flats to catch the golden hour, search for shells and bird watch with the help of our tour guide. It was fantastic!

But what really topped off the experience was our tour guide (Jess?) - they were incredibly informative, witty and interactive with the passengers onboard to round off the 10/10 experience. Their parking was exemplary too.

If you're in 1770, get yourself on a LARC tour!

Such a great time! Information on the tour was interesting, was fun to be able to transition so easily from land to water. Will have to come back for a longer cruise, we just did the afternoon one.

We did the full day Paradise tour and I'm so glad we did. At first I was a little worried that the day was going to drag because it was cold and overcast and it seemed a long time to be doing a tour but it was awesome. Kev was the funniest, liveliest guide who seemed very passionate about his job but also about the area and history. The way he spoke made the tour and learning about the history and location so enjoyable. The skip was awesome also. Thry made a great team. The larc is cool to ride in, something a bit different. The lunch provided was delicious. The tour of the the lighthouse was interesting. Everyone loved the sand tobogganing to warm up a bit on the cold day. We had a group of young children, teens and adults and everyone loved it!

A fantastic tour from start to finish. Driver Anthony and guide Kev made it fun and full of interesting facts. Delicious lunch and morning tea provided and activities such as sandboarding well worth it. Great value, would recommend to anyone. No wonder they have received tourism awards.

We didn’t have good weather, but we had the best tour guide and skip to make the day memorable regardless! This tour has everything; a cool vehicle to see the sights, a great lunch, adrenaline, history, and lots of bad jokes and trivia. Highly recommend doing this tour, it’s one of the best I’ve ever been on!

We absolutely loved the Larc tour, a fun filled day with amazing tour guides, extremely informative and entertaining. The lighthouse volunteers were lovely and we were fully informed of the history.
Food was also provided as well as billy tea and snacks.
Finished the day with some fun with the sand boarding. Highly recommended tour.

I have one word for this tour. AMAZING 😍 I would go again tomorrow. In fact when my family visit later in the year I will be going again. The full day tour is worth every $. Kev and Dan deserve to be paid more because they just made the day. Never a dull moment, I don't think the smile was missing from any of my family's faces for a second of the trip. The light house tour is wonderful and the view from the light house is perfect. The sand boarding was my daughters favourite part of the day even if it took a bit of encouragement from Kev to get her down. Thankyou so much guys and see you again next time.

Great experience on the LARC Tour. The guys were very knowledgeable of the area giving info from the local flora and fauna, the first nations people's history, the James Cook story, the LARC itself and the local area as it stands now. You won't be let down.

Came to 1770/Agnes alone to get away for 4 nights, did the LARC 7hour paradise tour on the Saturday (Today). Didnt know what to expect, but can say it was an absolutely wonderful day & experience with a fabulous group of people. Kev the tour guide & Antony the driver were awesome. Kev is as loose as a cut snake, but in a more fabulously, humorous & entertaining way. Lots of jokes & very informative of all of local flora/fauna & wildlife. Nice lunch thrown in with great Billy Tea, Interesting & informative tour of the lighthouse by volunteers & surroundings, lots of fantastic artifacts to see, interesting & historic local stories, a cemetery, body boarding down sand dunes (for first time!) & followed up with nice refreshing swim. Seen so much & learnt so much. Experience is worth every penny & very highly recommend this Larc tour for anyone visiting Agnes Water/1770. I look forward to doing it again sometime soon, but will bring company next time!

Highly recommend the full day tour! We didn’t really know what to expect but it ended up being one of our favourite day trips on our east coast trip. Kevin and Anthony went above and beyond and made the trip what it was.
Thanks again for the great experience.

The full day tour is highly recommended. Excellent experience. Kev the guide was hilarious and he had top quality dad jokes. The Bustard lighthouse tour was very informative. The only problem is there are no toilets up there so if you gotta go, the bush is the only choice.

The LARC itself is a marvel of engineering, although the last row padded seats are not very comfortable.

The sand dunes are huge and we loved the sand boarding experience. We went as a family and can honestly say this is a very well put together experience. Thanks 1770 LARC Team.
