Cafe Discovery

Fresh ingredients are the key to great dishes. Cafe Discovery has got this figured out! I have only had breakfast but it was so good! Oh, and if they have fresh brownies, make sure you grab one to go, absolute perfection!

We have been here a number of times whilst staying at the caravan park at Agnes Water.
The food is very generous, well cooked, and you can see the care taken with each dish. Coffee is really lovely.
Had scones, jam and cream today, was marvellous.

Dropped in for brekky, and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Amazing food options, great coffee and the most beautiful and caring customer service - made to feel like our 3 young children were more than welcome. Highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing breakfast. Yes it did taste as good as it looks and as you can see, the coffee was too good to wait around for any photo opps.

This place did not dissapoint. It was soooo yuuum and the ladies there were very lovely! If we didn't live in FNQ we would be there daily. Also that Vanilla slice was on the top 10 things to do in Agnes Waters as the best Vanilla slice... can confirm it was DELICIOUS and lived up to its reputation. Good job ladies

Amazing Big Breakfast eggs cooked perfectly and very well presented and the Vienna Bread complements it perfectly and the creamy mushrooms are to die for I could drown the whole meal in them and the relish was also really nice. The only downfall I found with it was the baked beans if it was some house made beans would of went so much better with the rest of the breaky

Delicious food, friendly and thoughtful staff. I made mention of my husbands birthday and the lovely lady we who worked there came out with a cupcake and a lit candle. Such a lovely surprise!

Came here to try out the Jamaican waffles. I'm still curious to know what makes them Jamaican but I can confirm they were delicious.

Delicious food with daily specials. Cost the same or less than the local takeaways. Want something different - just ask Leisa and the team and they will delight you - every main is made to order. And there is a pet friendly outdoor seating area. Try it once and like us it will draw you back again and again.

Staff are beautiful, friendly & very polite. Coffee & food amazing. Clean eating area & spotless disabled toilet.

This place is lovely, so much that we made it our go to brekky spot on our trip. The banana bread is absolutely amazing! The coffee is strong and good. Service was top notch and portions sizes are huge. No complaints at all. We had smoothies, acai bowls, Benny, breakfast wrap and avo toasty and all was delish!

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience here. The coffee tasted supurb, the passionfruit slice was well made as was the raspberry and almond loaf (there was no skimping on the raspberry). Also appreciated the local beer on offer. This was a good place to stop by during the day's activities.

This cafe is definitely child friendly, and the people who work here go above and beyond the call of duty. Smiles all around and always happy to serve, which complimented the great atmosphere and excellent menu selection.

Card payments facilities are available on site. There is also indoor and outdoor seating.

Great spot to sit in for a coffee and food. Staff were kind and friendly. We were camping nearby and hubby needed to charge his laptop to do some online study, so he was able to use an indoor table for that and I sat alfresco on the deck with our pup.
We both said our mochas were delicious!

We had a great experience with dinner at Cafe Discover. The staff were very attentive and made sure that we enjoyed every part of our meal. Best chips I've had in a long while and very tasty local craft beer from Baffle Creek available.

High COMPLIMENTS to the chef! Hands down some of the BEST food I've ever been lucky enough to eat. The mushroom sauce was to die for, the eggs were scrambled to perfection & the bread.. sooo soft and fluffy. Oh and the hashbrown cooked perfectly too. I will definitely be back. Can't wait to try out more menu items.
If you're in Agnes/1770 this is the cafe to try. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic lunch. Discovery burger and my husband had salt and pepper calamari. Both delicious. The portions are large you will never leave hungry. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere. Must visit place to dine

Absolutely wonderful Cafe. We had the best banana bread I've ever had and delicious rasin toast as well as a great ham cheese crosiant. It was the best iced coffee I've had out ever and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his flat white. We loved it so much we went and got some of there cookies to take home and will be stopping in on our way home to grab another coffee. The people were lovely too and I have never had toast and banana bread plated so lovely. This place is a MUST!!!

You must order the waffles. This little hidden gem is amazing, very friendly staff and very generous servings of beautifully cooked food. We really enjoyed our breakfast and would definately visit agin when next in town. WAFFLES with homemade butterscotch sauce to die for.
