McDonald’s Schofields

Ordered from Uber eats and the food was immaculate. Cleanest big mac ive ever seen in my whole existence. Yall late night/early morning staff need a massive raise

When we first came to this store, they had forgotten our coffee order and we waited more than half an hour for two iced coffees.
Today, we had excellent service with some of the best nuggets we have ever eaten (hot, fresh and some crispy!) and fast service!
Happy we went back and gave them another go.

I liked the store
Everything is new and looks great.
I ordered Angus beef burger and it was so delicious and Ice Mocha as well which was great.

Staff are super friendly
The place is very clean.

Haven't tried dining-in, but the drive thru has always been an excellent experience. Lanes move fast even during peak times and haven't experienced getting my order short-changed since I started visiting this store. Drive thru staff are friendly, too (yes, unfortunately other locations I used to visit are not). Good customer service definitely makes a big difference for customers like me.

Went to get a family box for dinner and got home and realised 3 of our chips were missing I rang the store back up and spoke to a manager named Tom absolutely lovely over the phone. Went back to the store to get the chips one of the ladies ended up giving me large instead and then offered me and my mate a free drink/ dessert for the hassle of having to go back. So very good customer service

I realise it is not easy to work as customer service nowadays.

And that is why I would like to say my thanks to Jemma for the excellent “extra-mile” service done with a smile. Thank you, Jemma

The newly opened branch and also staffed by locals. There may be mistakes, but if you report them, they will be very well corrected. We should be more patient and encourage local businesses, shouldn't we?

Best Macca’s I’ve had in a long time.
I ordered the Aussie Angus and could tell some care was taken when assembling the burger.
Didn’t look too far off the picture.
The fries were golden and crispy.
Everything tasted fresh, the dining area was clean and the milkshake machine was not broken.
Glad this is my local.

Ordered on Uber eats and when my order was delivered it was missing some items. I called the restaurant back and spoke to Kyman who was super helpful and organised to have my order remade so my driver Parvinder could go back and deliver it to me. Really amazing service by both parties. Food was tasty and fresh when it arrived and everything came! Very grateful for the good service.

What a beautiful new store conveniently located!
People need to remember that brand new stores have all brand new crew , some of which have never worked before (bearing in mind we all have to start somewhere don’t we and one of the kids could be your kid) so be kind and give these guys a bit of a break if they may be a bit slow at some times - they’re doing there absolute best to be THE BEST ….. shout out to the Store Manager too he is an absolute gem of a bloke, kind, empathetic and fair. Keep it up Maccas Schoies - you guys are doing a fantastic job !!!

This maccas is by far the best I’ve ever been to. I usually come early hours in the mornings or after work late hours and I must say they never miss anything and it always comes to me fresh.

I came in on Saturday and the employee marshall was cheerful & so well mannered, truely made my stop here so much better! Also making the place very clean I can notice the difference!

Out of all the maccas, has the best McCafe. Staff are super friendly too, so refreshing to have a local McDonald’s like this.

Really clean location, staff always go above and beyond to help their customers and the food is always fresh. If you’re from the the rouse hill area this is definitely going to be your favourite McDonald’s.

Very nice new McDonald's outlet. I only went through drive through and the service was so quick. Good arrangement for drive through. All new and nice facility.
