Without these guys I would still be living back in the 90s... Y'all remember when you didn't have a phone???

We were travelling from Queensland when my phone smashed. Bizup fit us in quickly (on a weekend!) and even gave a discount on a glass screen protector. Customer service was efficient and friendly. Would recommend!!

Come in to see Sam for a broken phone. He carried out the inspection to find out exactly what needed to be fixed, and got the parts in for the phone. She looks just like a brand new phone again.
Could not ask for better service. Not that I want to break another phone, but definitely will be back in the future.

Sam was fantastic fixing charging port, had to order part and this came overnight and then fixed within a few hours. Great friendly knowledge service, thank you Sam.

Needed my phone battery replaced, and they cleaned the charging port with no additional cost (fixing another issue I was unaware of). I'm very happy with the service, it was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service, left my laptop charger in Adelaide. Bent over backwards to help me out. Went back again and purchased a wireless car holder/charger. Sams service is of the highest standard. 😊

Went to Bizup to see whether they can do a new charging port for my Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro - they cud. At the cost of $150.00 Sam, the attendant, said he can order the part, for it and put it aside wen it's completed and I can pay it off as I can afford to do so. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient. I wud recommend Bizup to anyone who needs repairs done to their mobile phones, tablets, iPods and iPads. Thanx heaps Sam..

My husband and I own and operate a Trophy & Engraving business from our home . This time of year is our busiest and 90% of our customers email through their orders so we rely heavily on our internet. So last week when we had no internet we took our laptop into Sam at the Whyalla shop. He went through all checks and said it was ok in the shop but when we took it back home still no internet. Sam came to our house after hours and within a short time found the problem so our down time without internet was only 24 hours .
Sam is so courteous and explained everything in a way we could understand as we are not IT savvy.
We are so glad we have this type of service in our town and Sam is surely an asset to this business .
You can have the best business in the world but if your staff are not knowledgeable or provide good service in your product then your business will not be as successful as it can be . We will be highly recommending Sam and his expertise to our fellow business owners and friends .
