I have purchased many items from this store, the most recent being a washing machine. Each time the transaction went smoothly, if the item wasn’t in stock it was ordered in and arrived on time as promised. Very professional people to deal with and I will continue to do so.

I was in store today to buy a mobile phone. I wasn't looking forward to having to do this. A team member Corey made my experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make my transaction so very easy to understand and do. Thank you Corey for your patience and understanding. You are amazing.And the store manager is a delight. She was awesome with my grandchildren. Thank you to you both for making me and my family so very welcome and comfortable. You are a legend.

Staff were efficient and helpful. Pricing excellent and service person, Alex, was very efficient.

Was in-store on Friday at the photo section and had a lovely young man attend to our needs to have a couple of special photos printed for ourselves, and some of us are not to say on the computer screens he attended to our needs in a very polite and professional way and we were very pleased with the photos.
Thankyou so much Alex for your service, the photos are in their frames and on display in our home.

This store has a great range of products. The most outstanding thing is the high standard of their staff. They are always helpful and polite and they have great product knowledge.

Super helpful store filled with great staff. Always happy to help and the advice they give seems super down to earth not like there forcing you to buy something you don't want. Range is as good as it can get out here and phone line seems to be free most of the time.

Within two minutes of entering store, was approached and assisted by a proactive staff member Caelan G. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and with patience. He helped us find the right option for us, and followed us through to checkout for speedy purchase. He explained returns and receipt retention as we are travelling. Great attitude, knowledge and made my purchase a pleasure.

Harvey Norman Whyalla is a reasonable sized Harvey Norman with most things that the major cities have. Unfortunately they are unable to sell Apple Phones and watches as Apple consider them too small. We bought DJI Mini Drones from them. The price is the same as Adelaide and the service was exceptional. If things needed to be shiped in they were quick to notify you when they arrived.The service was so we bought a second.

Customer service - I bought a $2000 product on Friday afternoon and when I went to use it was DOA. I took it back into the store Saturday and the staff were so helpful. After a quick check on the product they replaced it straight away.

Excellent service.

Looked at some beds and pillows with Charmaine I’m pretty sure her name was. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She went out of her way to help me find a good quality pillow. The only thing I can fault was that they didn’t have the one I liked in stock so will have to wait till back again or in Adelaide. Good clean well presented store overall. Surprised by range for country store in a positive way.
