Finally got served by a worker and not have to use the self check outs don't like them at all, would prefer a staff member to serve me, as I feel more comfortable with the staff putting my groceries through, rather than me trying to find the bar codes on everything, need more staff at the checkouts

Very well stocked. Easy under cover parking.

Shop is always tidy and clean.
Love that they have plenty of fresh breads from their Bakery everyday.
Great quality meat and Service Deli is well stocked.
Friendly Staff most of the time!

Most of the workers have a good attitude. The store itself is fine. All cold food has always been cold, fresh food has always been crisp. Only issue I've had was when I bought a chocolate to find discoloration and then saw that the date was out. But that issue was resolved quickly.

I love Woolworths. I don't drive. I'm not within walking distance to do shopping. I have relied on home delivery for the last 3.5yrs since my husband died. Never once has my order been wrong

Good deals and range. Was served today by a young lad from Cowell originally was very pleasant and made for good conversation at the checkout makes a huge difference for customer.

I love Woolies. Lately however when it comes to the Woolies brand sour cream it's a big let down, and waste of money. It's gone from being firm like it should be, to being closer to a thickened cream consistency. No good at all for making dips. So if you want a sour cream with a thicker, firmer consistency I suggest going for a more expensive brand, or maybe try a different supermarket
