Taj Indian Sweets & Restaurant

The food was excellent and fairly priced. We ordered the North Indian thali (pictured) and the South Indian thali, dine in. They were phenomenal and left us quite full. There was also a delicious sweet included to finish. Service was friendly and kind. We'll definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our dinner to the fullest and I must commend the staff member (SHWETA) for their cordial attitude. My friends did not forget to appreciate the great service from your one of the employee SHWETA and other staffs . Although they were serving a large number of guests, they were always available, smiling and made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Taj has been serving the community for a very long time with excellent food and service. Mr Ramesh Sharma and his team led by Ms Sunita do fantastic job of serving quality food with great smile.

Last Friday I went to Taj India restaurant to buy dry fruit dates sweet. This sweet is very tasty and my family members ate it with great pleasure and this sweet is especially beneficial for my father because this sweet is sugar free. I thank the owner Mr Sharma ji of Taj India from the bottom of my heart for making such a sweet that even sugar patients can eat and I request him to keep making such sweets in future that everyone can eat and not just new ones. Thank you.

We came as a group and had Sadhya (authentic Kerala food) and loved each and every food item.
Our friend got the leaves and served food on it - traditional style.

Normally come here for sweets and lassi. This time we were hungry and were met with amazing customer service and food was quickly served. Really appreciated that Shweta took the time to recommend food according to our liking. She was very patient and helped us pick the type of sweets we would enjoy. Continously checked to see if we needed anything and if we were happy with the food, which we definitely were !! Will certainly revisit due to great customer service experience and delicious food :)

This Indian restaurant has my favourite Thali dish in Sydney. The restaurant reopened recently and I’m over the moon. I’ve been visiting this restaurant for over 20 years and I love it.

Pani Puri was 10/10 so so delicious , full of flavour and loved there was 6 options!

A very good place for Indian vegetarian dishes and sweets. Me and my son had an evening quick meal towards the end of the day and they served a quick meal which was delicious. Visited again the next few days for a meal with my wife and takeaways too. Was served with hot drinking water while waiting for the takeaway. Traditional hospitality. Highly recommend this place in Paramatta, NSW for Indian food

Pani puri is a must try! Much better than other ones in the area, great flavour and variety :) The staff is also super friendly and helpful, highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing experience having the authentic KERALA FEAST called ' SADHYA', prepared by they special chef. The service was great as well!!

Food is very delicious and environment is very conducive….it is a best place if you want to try taste of india in Australia…a big 👍

Very nice Indian Sweet shop. Customer service was the highlight for me with the ladies behind the counter being super friendly and accommodating. The sweets were great too. Do this this place if you are in the area.

Great food. Quite tasty and authentic Indian fare with great service and speed. The food is always of the same standard and the staff have been very helpful and courteous. They ensure to ask for spice levels when making food for kids and accommodate Jain, No onion garlic style of eating with many options. Their thali is the best value for money but all dishes come in generous portions. Overall it is a good option for vegetarians in Harris park. Parking is a bit hard to find so ensure you look in the side streets.

Excellent place for pure vegetarian Indian food. Excellent taste just like India. Plus the place is affordable. I was satisfied every time I went there.

If you are pure vegetarian, this restaurant is just what you need. The Thali is out of this world, simply superb !! Wish I could give 7 stars, even more ! Well done guys, great staff as well.
