All Terrain cycles is a fantastic bike shop with super friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We've hired bikes from them, used them for quick fixes during day sessions at Mystic and they have been fantastic! They've got all your needs covered and good range of products in store too to keep you kitted up. One stop shop right here

Hired hardtail mountain bikes for me and my 14yo son to explore trails around Bright and hired e-mtb following day to ride Mystic. Bikes were top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful and flexible. Wish I'd gotten the name of the girl who worked in the hire shop, she was very knowledgeable about the bikes and her customer service skills were second to none.

ATC took a group of our staff out for a Mountain Biking experience as part of a work retreat providing gear, lessons and guided riding back in October 22. Due to the weather in the area and cancellation of shuttles, they changed all of our bookings to eMTB's at the last minute, even driving up bikes from other locations to cater for us. Ashley was so helpful and accommodating throughout and can't thank her and the whole ATC Bright crew enough for providing everyone such a great experience.

Came in with a broken derailleur and they were able to squeeze me in and get back out on the trails. Awesome work. Friendly and well priced.

Great service on such short notice. On a real busy Monday they managed to fit me in and fix my shifting problems plus also get the air bubbles out of my front break to let me enjoy all of Bright. Hats off to the Male staff or owner I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. 5 🌟

Very pleased with the service I received here over the weekend. Both staff took the time out to assist me (when it was very busy) and provided an excellent level of customer service which allowed me to have my daughter's bike fixed in no time. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend.

I smashed my derailleur off at Yak Saturday arvo and called the guys at the bike shop, they had plenty of stock and were happy to fit the new up for me that same afternoon. Excellent service and no exorbitant prices. Good sales pricing on lots of shop items. Thanks to Jake and the team for making my holiday stressless 🤙🏼🍻

Dropped in as my front mud guard was rubbing on my wheel, and Riley fixed it up in a couple minutes and well as oiled my chain. For no charge! Stoked. Appreciate the quick help and friendly service, it made our weekend. Thank you!

Not only do they have a great variety of gear but the staff go above and beyond to make your experience their awesome.
I got a flat tyre while riding Mystic and the team their were able to strip and fix my wheel in only a matter of 15 minutes. You folks are a bunch of legends, thank you again.

Exceptional service from Ewen and team at All Terrain Cycles Bright . I took my bike there at 4.30 pm and they fixed my gear change issue before 5pm and charged a very modest price ... highly recommended !!

Hired two bikes and a trailer for our dog and rode part of the rail trail. After trying another hirer would say Jules provided the best value for money, half day was 4 hrs, hire price was also very reasonable. His bikes were in great condition and we opted for the cruiser style over the mountain bike, very comfy seats. Professional and friendly service.

We raced at the 4 day GOAT mountain bike race. On day three I had some mechanical issues with the bike. I took the bike into All Terrain and they looked really busy. I told them my problem and they immediately bent over backwards to help fix the bike for day 4. Mark and the team not

These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable. Had a broken derailleur and they were only too happy to help and got me going within a couple of hours. Service is everything and we have had a few interactions over they years and all have been outstanding. Great to be able to get things fixed / replaced quickly when we are only in Bright for a short time.

If you're looking to hire out a bike whilst in Bright, only use these guys! The Specialized Levo I hired out for the day was dialed and presented as new. It's also a perfect bike for use in Bright. I had it on boost for the whole day and managed to get over 40kms out of it before returning it at the end of the day with 1 bar still left on it. 11/10, will be back for sure!
